The Space:
Enjoy plenty of space and comfort in this beautifully appointed coastal home. The private first-floor master suite and guest bedroom together accommodate four adults with ease. A full bathroom complete with double sinks and a tiled walk-in shower for added comfort and convenience. Upstairs, youâll find additional private sleeping areas, including a queen bedroom for two and a spacious bunk room with twin bunks and two twin beds, sleeping a total of four. A newly renovated oversized bunkroom also features two twin beds plus a gaming and lounge area with a sleeper sofa, offering comfortable accommodations for up to four more guests. A spacious upstairs bathroom with double sinks and a full bathtub completes the second-floor amenities.
Entertainment options abound. The upstairs lounge includes board games, a poker table, and video games, while the converted garage serves as a year-round game room complete with ping-pong, foosball, and arcade-style games. For beach outings, the home is fully stocked with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, boogie boards, and more. A convenient half bath sits just off the kitchen, and a combined laundry/mud room provides easy access to both the garage and the back patio.
Weâre excited to share that by Summer 2026, the property will feature a brand-new 700 sq. ft. outdoor patio with a fire pit, barbecue area, and two outdoor showers. If your reservation is for a date after Memorial Day 2026, please reach out for more details on these upgrades.

Quiet neighborhood just steps from Gooch's Beach and Dock Square. Enjoy the best of both worlds, just a short 10 minute walk on sidewalks to Gooch's Beach or stroll in the opposite direction just 10 minutes to the quaint restaurants and shops of the Lower Village and Dock Square. The property is also just steps away from the serene public walking trails of the Franciscan Monastery, where you can walk the grounds through the wooded trails along the Kennebunk River. Some of Southern Maines's most beautiful landmarks and destinations are just a short drive away. Enjoy, fine restaurants, shopping, antiquing, museums, arts, hiking, kayaking, boating, entertainment and relaxing just steps from our door.
Getting Around:
Easy to access with plenty of private parking. Less than a 10 minute walk in either direction to Gooch's Beach and Lower Village/Dock Square along picturesque maintained sidewalks. Close access to scenic routes and main highways for ease of accessing all the region has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
We are Dog friendly! We have two loving Huskies and they travel with us everywhere. We extend our home to your furry family members as well. We charge a $200 pet fee for up to two well behaved dogs. Half of our pet fee gets donated to our local rescue and the other half goes towards cleaning and maintenance related to being a pet friendly rental. Thanks for understanding.
Our custom "Guest APP" will be provided prior to check in. The APP will include tools to help you plan your trip such as direction, access instructions, amenities info, house inventory and info on things to do in the surrounding area.
Interaction with Guests:
Frictionless check-in is available 24/7. Guests will be assigned a four digit code three days prior to their check-in date and will be able to contact the host with any questions or concerns. Property maintenance personnel are available 7 days a week for urgent issues.
