Not the best
Multiple issues during our stay. The most notable one was the issue with the bedroom on the first floor. There was no key to be found, contacted property manager who stated they were “on the table” looked through all tables, drawers, chairs, patio etc to no avail. After all the adults went on a key scavenger hunt, left a message again and he stated he contacted the cleaning crew and was waiting to hear back. Meanwhile, we waited to hear back from him and this delayed the rest of our evening plans. We left another message as we were heading back to the rental.No call back and at this point we found an air mattress and set it in the living room area. We didn’t hear back from property manager until 10:30pm and informed us there was a key in the lockbox and shared the code with us. At that point we had access to the bedroom. This was a very frustrating experience that could’ve been avoided had the code from the lockbox been shared with us.Additionally, a living room power outlet doesn’t work, the living room couch is dirty and the zipper from a couch cushion is ripped. The WiFi did not work at all, even after following the instructions left- to unplug it, leave it off for 5 minutes and turn it back on. This experience and lack of clear communication has left us not ever returning to this rental.
