Waterfall Retreat!-Riverfront 2-bedroom/ 2 Bath-Kitchen-Near Tallulah Gorge

This “Two Bedroom Waterfall Retreat Suite” is perfect for large families! It is located just above the 20’x40’ recreation deck, and has a beautiful view of the cascading waterfall below which is lit up all night.
Just to the left of this unit there is a slightly elevated lighted deck with a gas BBQ grill and a large outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. This area is accessible both day and night.
The interior features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, a living room, a dining area with an expandable table and 2 chairs, and a fully equipped and fully applianced kitchen (Ref. with Ice Maker, Stove, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker). For added privacy, the bedrooms and baths are located at opposite ends of this suite. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a wall mounted AC unit. The first full bathroom has a Shower (no tub). The Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed, a Rocking chair, an AC unit, a large Dresser.
The Master Bath has a Bathtub/Shower unit. The Living Room features a full-size Sofa/Bed which sleeps 2, a very comfortable Armchair, a gas log fireplace, a reverse cycle Heating and AC unit, and a desk mounted TV.

This suite also offers very Convenient day and night access to the recreation deck with propane gas fire pits, tables with umbrellas, chairs, rocking chairs, and even a cornhole game.

From this deck, step onto a wooded trail winding down to the riverside and waterfall. Lay directly in the falls, relax in the water, or simply enjoy the sounds and scenery! There is also a mountainside staircase leading to an observation deck which provides a beautiful full view of the large waterfall on the south side of the Inn. BTW: No need for bottled water, our drinking water is EXCELLENT!

Ready to sit around a campfire telling stories while cooking everyone's favorite smores? We have you covered with a nice little riverfront campfire area as well.

RABUN COUNTY has a number of picturesque waterfalls many of which are easily reached by relatively short trails. The county also has numerous hiking trails most notably a portion of the Appalachian Trail.
LOCAL PARKS INCLUDE; Blue Ridge Mountain Moccasin Creek State Park, Chattahoochee National Forest, Timpson Cove Park at Lake Burton
SEASONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE; trout fishing, award-winning wineries, distilleries, white water rafting, horseback riding, zip lining, Black Rock Mountain State park, tubing, golf, mountain coaster rides, snow tubing, and a variety of waterfall hikes.

We are ideally located. Just 9 minutes to Tallulah Gorge, 3 minutes to Rabun Arena, 5 minutes to many restaurants/fuel/quaint shops, etc…; 29 miles to Helen, & 31 miles to Smithgall Woods!
Pet Policy:
We allow up to two dogs and a pet friendly room only. There is a $25 per pet fee. Your dog must remain on a leash at all times.And you must take your pet with you everywhere you go.
