Located inside of the luxurious Paradise Palms Resort, free access to the community pool area placed behind the clubhouse where you can find a fitness center, movie theater, bar & grill, and an arcade. * POOL INFO *
- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
- Pool heat fee: $30/night + taxes
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 48 hour advance notice
***It is necessary for you to patrol your children's safety at all times. This includes 24 hour supervision while staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

We offer a starter kit as a courtesy:

- 1 shampoo per bathroom
- 1 body wash per bathroom
- 1 conditioner per bathroom
- 1 hand soap per bathroom
- 2 Trash bags

** Please note that all items listed above will be the only amount of items provided during your entire stay. If more is needed, feel free to self supply at the nearest supermarket in the are.

* BBQ GRILL RULES *
The house offers a small BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Guests are to provide charcoal and lighter fluid upon use.
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 or more (depending on the damage type) will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located
MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

Please keep in mind the following:
- Smoking is not allowed and subject to be fined otherwise
- Pets are prohibited but may be allowed for a small additional fee
