The Space:
This 1,902 sq ft 2-story townhome is perfect for a family or group of friends traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The townhome is located in Paradise Palms Resort, a beautiful resort-style community conveniently located to the theme parks. The amenities here include a huge walk-in pool with a slide, plus poolside dining and a tiki bar! In the clubhouse, you have an arcade room and around the grounds a lake and various sports courts. Catch a B-ball game before dinner or play a set of tennis after. This place is exceptional. The area is also located close to major shopping areas, outlet malls, restaurants, and other world-renowned attractions.

You have everything at your fingertips. The best part is the townhome is in a family-friendly resort-style community surrounded by Floridaâs lush beauty and tranquil views and a lake near home! Itâs a fantastic getaway place for you and your family.

Self check-in using the code in the keypad. The code will be shared on the day of your check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The townhome is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you also have amazing resort-like amenities with other activities such as:
- A huge clubhouse pool with a waterslide, poolside dining, a tiki bar, arcade, fitness center, and various sports courts.
- Acres of nature and a lake nearby to walk or jog around.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out.
- Great golfing in the area. Like Celebration or Buena Vista Golf Clubs to name a few.

Getting Around:
Just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport, you're perfectly positioned for all the fun! Disney World is only 8 miles away, Universal Studios is 20 miles, and SeaWorld is 15 miles. Shopping outlets and grocery stores are close by too, so you'll have everything you need within easy reach.
Other Things to Note:
This short-term rental is perfect for a relaxing stay and cannot be used for events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Following Florida law, all food items are removed from the kitchen and refrigerator after each guestâs departure. Therefore, there will be no supply of condiments, coffee grounds, cooking oil, or sugar. Youâll need to bring your own.
We provide essential items to get you started, including paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished, please stock up before you arrive.
- A BBQ grill (no propane tank) is available for rent with prior request.
- Pool heating is available from November to April only for an extra fee.
- Pets are welcome previous notice is given, and subject to $290 fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for a total of $580. Please keep your dogs on a leash in the common areas.
- Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit, which will be released after check-out if no damages occur (not applicable for ABB).
- Early check-in is available upon request for an additional fee.
House Rules:
- Main guest must be +21 yo to book
- No smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs) allowed on the property. A $300 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
- No parties or events. Excessive noise, especially loud music after 10 pm, will not be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- Only the guests listed in your reservation may stay. No tents or additional structures are allowed on the property.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning charges incurred during their stay.
- A government ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture if you do put it back.
