Villa Tortuga welcomes you! Charming 4-bedroom house in delightful Cape Coral!

This enchanting villa in Cape Coral offers 4 bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and twin beds and it is perfect for families or groups of friends. The 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower, both have a hair dryer. Imagine relaxing in the soothing ambiance of this charming home after a day of exploring the city. Villa Tortuga is located in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood on a so-called “dry lot”, i.e. not on a canal or lake.

The Villa Tortuga is surrounded with big palm trees, green and flowing bushes. The fenced-in backyard offers lot of privacy with nice looking palm trees.

The pool area and lanai - probably the most used space during your stay, is divided into several areas. Under the covered terrace you will find a dining table with 8 chairs, a lounge area with comfortable seating and TV where you can gather with your family/friends and enjoy an afternoon cocktail. The pool can be electrically heated and it is called “cocktail pool” having a bench around the whole pool and jets to massage your backside and in the evening the pool light is changing its color. Four sun loungers are provided to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. On the propane gas grill you can prepare delicate dinner of your choice!

The house is furnished with great attention to details and with successful mix of style and colors. From the entrance door you enter the foyer following the formal living room with a comfortable big sofa, an electric fire place and a desk. Big glass sliding doors are leading to the screened lanai where you have a great view over the terrace to the crystal clear pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and black marble counter top. The breakfast area has a seating space for 8 and a breakfast nook with a round table and 4 chairs. There are another sliding doors leading to the screened lanai.

The family room is furnished with an L-shape comfortable sofa, 2 accent chairs and a big screen TV.

The master suite with king-size bed and TV is on the left side of the house and also has a sliding glass doors with access to the lanai. The bathroom has a sink, large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The other 3 bedrooms are on the right side of the house:
No. 1 - with one queen size bed and TV. It also has a slider doors with access to the lanai.
No. 2 - with one queen size canopy bed and TV has a window with a great look into the garden.
No. 3 - with two twin size beds and a TV as well.
The second bathroom has a sink with bathtub and the door leading to the lanai pool area and can be also used as a pool bath.

Laundry room with a washer, dryer and a cloth steamer.
In the garage you will find 4 bicycles – take them and go for a ride !
Tip from the owner: within a 10 minutes bike ride you are by a beautiful place called Tarpon Point with marina, shops and restaurants (particularly Pitchers is having all day BUY ONE-GET ONE house wines, margaritas and beers). Also, from 3 PM to 5 PM happy hour on oysters, clams and wings.
Drive 10 minutes by car, and you are by another nice place called Harbor Place with marina, restaurants, bars with live music and a beautiful view of the marina.
