Bungalow romantique situé à 250 mètres de la plage Pelican à l'extrémité orientale calme de la magnifique Grace Bay. L'hébergement se compose d'une chambre avec un lit king-size, d'un dressing spacieux et d'une salle d'eau privative. Lumineux salon / salle à manger décloisonné avec canapé qui se transforme en un lit queen-size parfait pour un deuxième couple ou un enfant plus âgé. Aire de jeux Chicco disponible pour bébé sur demande. La cuisine contient un évier double, un réfrigérateur / congélateur en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière à gaz, une cafetière et un four micro-ondes. Laveuse à chargement par le dessus / sécheuse à chargement frontal de marque Frigidaire pour la lessive située dans le placard hors du salon. Il y a une façade ouest entièrement grillagée dans le porche arrière parfait pour attraper les couchers de soleil tout en évitant les insectes, et une terrasse extérieure avec barbecue à gaz.

Hummingbird Cottage in Leeward Settlement was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and privacy: close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to Grace Bay restaurants. We liked that the home has charm. We had an issue with the microwave not working, it was replaced within hours. Very friendly and professional maintenance worker assisted with the microwave replacement. Will absolutely book this property again. Thank you!

The house was a perfect get-a-way for two just a short walk to a beautiful beach! We grilled almost every night and dine on the screened in deck. Great to have washer/dryer on site. Hosts were responsive and kind. Check - in was easy!

The location is perfect! Just a few minutes to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Bed was comfy and we loved the screen porch and the beach amenities. Unfortunately when we had an issue the first night, no one responded to our message for 3 days. Also, the listing stated that check-out was at 11, but people were welcome to stay until 12. When I tried to confirm this the owner sent an unfriendly message with the screen shot of the portion of the listing that only said 11:00. I’m happy to follow all rules, but didn’t appreciate the negativity when I tried to clarify the mixed messages on the listing.

The place was really nice as described. Very comfortable and inviting. It seems to be an older home, but nicely renovated and furnished.We enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch. The surrounding area is peaceful for relaxing and the nearby beach is lovely.The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had.

Location, location, location! This house is in the best area on the island and within walking distance to the most beautiful and tranquil beach. The home could use some improvements. Windows are in need on replacement and some kitchen pans and utensils are well worn. Furnishings in living area are also a bit tired. Overall, we had a great time, just felt that a little more TLC could make this place even better!

We have stayed here many times! It’s our favourite place to stay on the island. This time there were a couple of little issues that occurred. We arrived to realize that one beach umbrella was put back on the shelf broken from a previous guest and then also the fridge wasn’t cooling properly. The response from the management team was quick and friendly. They immediately brought two brand new umbrellas and had a repair person at the house that day to fix it. They continued to check in with us to make sure it was running. They also immediately refunded spoiled food items. They were amazing! The house has plenty of room and a great outdoor space to sit and have meals. It’s our go to place to stay!

Steps From Paradise

The property was perfect. It is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host and property manager was timely and thorough. The property is less than a 4-minute walk from a beautiful beach that is rarely crowded.This property has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in Turks & Caicos!
