The home is ideally located near numerous hiking trails and many other outdoor activities in addition to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains.

* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for homes in the area)

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the home and in the sunroom.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
