We did not leave a review on you even though you and your guests broke several house rules during your stay and also damaged some items. Nonetheless, we are disappointed that you graded our property 6/10 as this is clearly an outlier compared to the numerous 10/10 ratings received previously. We put a tremendous amount of effort into trying to anticipate our guests needs and also try to be very communicative and responsive. To address some of your comments. 1) Cleanliness: We are happy you found the place to be clean and the linen fresh. The cleaning service puts in 6-8 hours of prep prior to each reservation. We have high standards and want to ensure those are reflected in the property. 2) Missing Grill: It is CLEARLY stated in the property listing that a grill is not provided at this property so I am not sure why we got ding for it. 3) Outdoor TV: The welcome guide you received prior to your stay also CLEARLY stated that the outdoor TV was inoperable and to avoid trying to turn it on. A copy of that same welcome guide was printed and left for your review at the property. 4) Motion Sensor: The motion sensors are IR based and senses body heat. They are not "sound" sensors so it is technically impossible for it to turn on with noise. You could have simply closed the bathroom doors to avoid inadvertent movement turning it on. 5) Water Pressure in Jetted Tub: You are the first to state that the water was not coming out fast enough for your taste. We have had prior guests that have used it without any issues. We will look at adjusting the speed in the future. In any event, we are glad you and your guests enjoyed your stay. We feel this rating does not reflect the property and is more of retaliation because we did not allow you to break our house rules with a pet and then with 50% more guests than the unit is designed to hold. We saw you still broke the house rules several times with loud music after 10pm all the way to midnight in some cases, and with smoking on the property. Best of luck!
