La cuisine et le salon principal ont été récemment rénovés avec luxe et ils sont magnifiques!

C'est une très grande unité avec deux grandes chambres et une chambre avec lits superposés pour les enfants. La chambre principale a aussi une cheminée! Les deux chambres contiennent plusieurs lits et des lits superposés. Idéal pour plusieurs familles ou de grands groupes. C'est une promenade proche des pistes ou prenez la navette juste devant votre porte. Super rapide et facile d'aller à la montagne.

Bienvenue dans la vallée magnifique Mad River et Sugarbush Village. Avec les cours d'eau en cours d'exécution et de montagnes magnifiques que vous ne pouvait pas demander un meilleur endroit dans les montagnes Vertes du Vermont. Un emplacement idéal pour passer un moment de l'année.

distance au Sugarbush Resort et tout de la vie nocturne et des restaurants qu'il a à offrir à pied. Idéalement situé dans la rue des piscines et du spa au Sugarbush Health and Racket Club. À distance de marche du ski / équitation, le VTT, la raquette et la randonnée. Un lecteur très rapide vous a au magnifique Country Club Sugarbush.

We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Tom, the owner, was very helpful and provided great information and recommendations about skiing and the general area. The condo was really close to the ski mountain - making drop offs and pick ups of our kids very easy, and also close to the Sugarbush Health & Rec center for those in our party that wanted to use the gym. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We'll definitely love stay here again!

The unit was great! Spacious is an understatement! Very clean and well equipped!

We loved this unit...very convenient to get to the slopes of Sugarbush. Shuttle stops at the end of the driveway! We loved the spaciousness of the unit and how well equipped it was.Nicely furnished...cozy, clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Sugarbush ski trip

Tom was very thorough and easy to communicate with host. Property was well maintained, clean and well stocked with necessities and beyond. We were only 3 but property is plenty spacious for a larger family - two very nice size beds and 2 sets bunk beds, large main area, plenty of bathrooms. The PacMan machine was nice touch, spent some time on that. Nicely located being either 1-2 minute drive or 7-10 minute walk to base of Lincoln Peak and was nice and quiet. TV entertainment streaming options were good. The two Rinnai heaters got the house impressively and efficiently warm - if there was a minor nuisance it was that with where they were located it took a little work to get the desired temp balance between all the rooms. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay, would go back and would def. recommend the property and owner.

A perfect home away from home, and an amazing host

Four of us stayed for two nights for the 2024 total eclipse. It could not have been more perfect. From the time we booked until we checked out, Tom was beyond responsive. He was so gracious about communicating places to visit, things to do, and most importantly, gave us a suggestion for an ideal spot to watch the eclipse. He was available by text message and phone call for the smallest question. I truly felt like I had a new friend by the time we left. The minute we walked in the door, the four of us felt immediately at home. The condo was clean, the layout functional, the kitchen well – stocked. We spent more time than I should admit sitting in front of the fire and chatting. We did use the sauna which was very fun. I can only imagine how great it would be after a day on the slopes. An unexpected and delightful bonus was the amazing art work throughout the condo. We assume it was done by a very talented family member, and it elevated our experience. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our party consisted of 2 families, a mix of adults and teens. The condo was perfect for us! 3 full baths, plenty of room to spread out, and better stocked than any other rental I have used before. Comfy couch, lots of games to play, and the sauna is very large and so nice. We really appreciated the washer and dryer to be able to clean stinky uniforms after a hot day on the fields. The owner, Tom was so friendly and helpful. He was great at communicating ahead of time and during our stay. We couldn’t locate the washer and he responded very quickly when I asked about it. And he very graciously let us check out late without any additional fees. The resort area is beautiful and so peaceful in the summer. We saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs and it was the highlight of our stay. We were in the area for a tournament so didn’t get to explore too much, but spent an afternoon at Warren Falls, less than a 10 minute drive and it was such a fun time, jumping off the cliffs and hanging in the swimming holes. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking to rent in this area!

Sugarbush escape weekend

We had a wonderful time. The condo was absolutely beautiful, well stocked and super clean. We were able to get together with our college aged daughter and her friend for some quality time with plenty of space for everyone. Tom was very responsive and helpful with any of my questions. I highly recommend :)

Great stay at Sugarbush for some spring skiing

Lovely property with plenty of room for families; within walking/skiing distance of Sugarbush Resort. We got lucky and had some snow for our trip. The property is spacious (can separate the kids & adults), and we really enjoyed the sauna! Highly recommended :)

A fantastic ski house!

My family stayed at Tom’s house for a long weekend ski trip and the house exceeded our expectations! Working with Tom was smooth and the house was as listed, very clean (and stocked with sanitizing wipes and pumps throughout the house), spacious and in a superbly ideal location to Sugarbush base village. It’s a two minute car drive or shuttle or even walkable. The house is equipped with every thing you need to manage dinner and entertainment for 3 kids. The sauna is a nice perk too! The house made our stay a hit and we look forward to staying here again!

Awesome Mad River Valley Condo

We had a fantastic ski weekend. Tom is super helpful.

The process was very streamlined. Access to the base of the mountain is by an easy walk or shuttle bus. You can ski close to the house on the village run and walk downhill along the road to get home.

Had a great long weekend at Tom's property. The new kitchen is terrific, tons of space and cozy lounging. Easy access to slopes and parking for the unit is right there. All in all an easy process and would return.

Fantastic unit less than 1 minute to the slopes

We stayed in Toms unit in January of 2019. It is literally a 45 second drive to the parking lot. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and were completely comfortable in the unit. Brand new kitchen and living space. Skied 5 days at Sugarbush. Got 8 inches of snow two days. Tom was a great owner helping us get everything we needed.
