Large expansive deck. 3 acres. Private trail that backs up to 600 acres of privately owned virgin land.
• Spacious Living - Top floor features cozy loft with private bathroom. Main floor features private bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, living area with wood-burning stove that leads out to an expansive deck. Downstairs area features a game room, pool table/ping pong, board games, television, record player with blue tooth capabilities and pull-out sofa.

Welcome to our listing. We are looking forward to serving you through your stay. We are California Natives based out of Northern CA. Pioneer is a special place aka best kept secret, surrounded by majestic mountains, pines, nature and wildlife. It serves as the perfect getaway to relax and unwind and to build memories with loved ones. We are excited to share our storybook cabin with others!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
If you have never visited Pioneer, you are in for a treat. Pioneer serves as a beautiful landscape with an abundance of trees. The property is situated right off of HWY 88 which makes for easy travel to and from the property especially in the winter months. Property sits perched on a hill overlooking an abundance of trees, mountain views and backs up to hundreds of acres of private virgin land. Nearby amenities include Iron Mountain SNO PARK, Kirkwood, Bear River, Silver Lake and so much more!

Our property sits perched on a hill in beautiful Pioneer, CA. The cabin offers an expansive deck overlooking 3 private acres of beautiful pine trees. Majestic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Private trail on the property which leads to an additional view of hundreds of private acres of virgin, undeveloped land. The cabin is truly storybook. Knotted pine cathedral ceilings, cozy wood-burning stove, newer appliances and upgraded amenities. Upgraded bathrooms, clean and comfortable bedrooms, game room featuring pool table, ping pong and a variety of additional board games and activities!
