Perfect place for my mom to stay while repairs were being done on her home. Property owner and workers were very helpful and easy to work with. Condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. Would definitely recommend.
My stay was awesome very friendly staff close to shopping and restaurants also very convenient to my job site. The condo was immaculately clean and comfortable the complex is quiet and safe my only complaint was the parking but they were in the process of rectifying the problem!!
Mr. Jim is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The property manager, Mrs. Susan, is very helpful and extremely nice. The "Corporate Apartment in Germantown" is in a great location and nice/friendly neighborhood. The apartment is just minutes from Baptist Memorial Hospital, which was a big plus for me! The apartment has its own washer and dryer, nice appliances, and is very comfortable! Thank you Mr. Jim for everything! I would definitely recommend this apartment or any other places Mr. Jim owns!

Perfect 1 bedroom!
This condo was perfect for me. Clean and in a great location. This is my 2nd time staying in one of Jim's units & I will again, if I'm in the area.

Very comfortable.
The condo had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Jim and his manager Susan were so nice and very helpful. There is a Kroeger across the street and a few places nearby to eat. The complex is quiet and as a single woman I felt very safe.
Everything was great at this apartment! I lived here for 3 months during a travel nurse assignment and it had everything I needed! Jim was so easy and great to work with as well-checking in often and quick to respond if I needed anything! Great location as well-lots of shopping and restaurants around!
I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.
I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
