Newly renovated backhouse in the heart of Memphis' historic Evergreen District. One street away from beautiful Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum, and the Levitt Shell. Walking distance from the Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

We stayed one night in Memphis and wished we would’ve been able to spend a few more nights. It was clean, cute and spacious. We will stay here again if we are in the Memphis area again.

Great communication!!

The communication was well beyond what I expected. The room was cozy and priced below what I have paid for similar accommodations. Street side parking concerned me, but the neighborhood was great and we had no issues.

This is a beautiful historic area of Memphis. This darling backhouse was perfect for our long weekend to attend the Rhodes College graduation. We highly recommend staying here.

Exactly what we wanted!

My wife and I planned a three day trip to Memphis to explore and see some sites such as Graceland, Sun Studios, and Beale Street. These were the perfect accommodations. It was private and had plenty of room for the two of us. Located in a safe neighborhood, we were able to walk to the Memphis Zoo and local restaurants and were just a few blocks from Overton Park which is a great place for walks/hikes. Everywhere else we went was a short Uber ride. Katy is a great host. Very friendly and responsive and gave great suggestions.We highly recommend and would stay again!

Lovely, private, peaceful

The neighborhood is gorgeous and very safe! Less than 5 minutes to the zoo, art museum, park, and plenty of restaurants! The back house is spacious and serves all needs with a stocked kitchen and bathroom! Private and peaceful, which is just what I was looking for during my weekend getaway! Great host too! She responds quickly and addresses all needs!

Neat little spot

Very cute and tidy backhouse in a great area. Can walk to zoo and Brooks museum from here in no time. The door is a little fickle and hard to open at times because of its locking mechanism but it didn’t detract from my overall visit.

Great Place for Midtown

We are return visitors to the property. Communication with the host was super easy. It’s a nice, clean space that I found homey. This place is a great option for people who need to be near Midtown and Rhodes College.

Great location and quiet street!

You can’t beat this location. Right at Overton Park and Brooks Art Gallery and the zoo. A short walk from Overton Square and Cooper-Young neighborhoods, quick drive to downtown, quick drive in the other direction for inner East. Really wonderful for one or two persons. I was alone, and it was really comfortable. Easy parking right out front as well.

Nice Midtown Location!

We had a pleasant stay in this backyard suite. The property was very well suited for my family of 3. It was clean and roomy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was a little challenging checking in after dark because the suite is all the way in the backyard but the host had very clear instructions on how to do so which put us at ease. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Midtown area. Five stars!!

Property was perfect for my weekend stay. Great location, awesome neighborhood. Peaceful and the updates make this a really nice place. Host was very quick to communicate and everything g was as advertised. Will definitely stay here again.

Originally from Florida but after 25 years definitely a Memphian now! Mom of 3 musical 20-somethings who loves to travel, cook, and be outside. I have two puppies named Mei and Leo who may come say hi if you are hanging outside. If you would like me to keep them inside just let me know.

I love Evergreen Historic District! It has beautiful historic homes, large trees, and wonderful people. I would not live anywhere else!

The full kitchen and lovely bath are the highlights of this small studio. You are in my backyard and have a cozy outside seating area where you can enjoy my small garden area and bird bath!
