To address your concerns immediately, I ordered a brand-new grill and replacement hammocks through Amazon for next-day delivery. I also personally stopped by to inspect the hot tub. During my inspection, I found that the hot tub temperature had simply been set too low at 89 degrees and only needed to be adjusted. In addition, I provided you with the water test results, which confirmed that the water chemistry was within acceptable specifications. Despite these efforts to address your concerns, you chose to check out and requested a full refund. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered to provide a refund if you canceled the reservation so the dates could be reopened and made available for other guests to book. You did not cancel your reservation, and subsequently left a one-star review. Given the actions I took to promptly address the issues raised, I do not believe the one-star rating accurately reflects the overall situation or my efforts to resolve your stay. I am a small business owner, not a Corporate Resort and none of the past guests have complained about the photos not matching.
