Nicely appointed and well cared for interior. Had no real maintenance needs during my stay, yet property manager seemed engaged and interested had there been any concerns.
Safe secure area, which was important to me, as I know Memphis has its good spots and bad spots sometimes they are right around the corner from each other, not the case here, well stocked grocery was right across the street. Dining options worth re-visiting are within a few minutes drive yet not so close that your tempted to just walk over there and feast which is about how I Iike it when I travel because if awesome food is a brief stroll away I swell up like an ompa-loompa during my stay.
This may be a perfect location for someone who is relocating to Memphis or between homes. I travel a fair amount for work and have done multiple week stays in hotels like a Homewood suites etc. I quickly grow tired of putting out the do not disturb etc or putting all my valuables away daily before housekeeping appears. None of those problems here, and the added space was a bonus. Television service was adequate, just don't expect HBO, you've got your own WiFi and its not one of those annoying hotel things where you have to provide your name a room number every day or week etc, so in a nutshell many of the comforts you would expect of home without the drama, hassle and fanfare (or bitter bill) of a hotel suite.

Good place
Unit was as advertised, great owner who responded to any questions immediately. Would use this unit again.
This furnished unit provided everything we needed during our three-month stay in Memphis for an internship. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, and the location cannot be beat.

I have been an active member of the Memphis business community for over 20 years. I have a wife and two daughters.
I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.
I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
