NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr, Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village website or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

🌊 Hot Tub Rules:
🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.
🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🚫 No jumping or diving.
🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.
🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
❤️‍🩹 Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

🧍 Maximum of 4 people
🍽️ No food or drinks inside the Sauna
🚫 Pregnant women, elderly women, or persons suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna.
🍷 Do not use saunas under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
👶 Use by children under 16 years of age is prohibited.
⚠️ Long exposure to sauna temperatures may result in nausea, dizziness, and/or fainting.
⏰ Observe a reasonable time limit. 10 minutes is recommended.
⏳ Do not exceed 15 minutes.
👕 Commercial swim attire, workout shorts and shirts, or towels must be worn while using the sauna.
