Cute little studio, friendly host, nice neighborhood. Appreciated her being so pet friendly and accommodating. Only reason for 4 stars is because when I originally booked, the listing showed a full grass backyard for my pup, but when we arrived she explained that they recently separated the yard and fenced off a private section for the guests b/c they rescued a dog, but it was a small hot pavement block and only a tiny patch of grass for my pup. But we did enjoy walks through the neighborhood. The flowers and patio were lovely, we just specifically chose this property for the fenced in grass yard and pet friendly space for my dog as it was a longer stay. It also wasn't clear in the listing that this was an attached garage on her house that they renovated into a studio. So the private entrance is on the side of their house and there is a direct door from the studio into her house which she keeps locked and had some sound dampening on the door, but unfortunately we could still hear ever sound in the house and we werent aware there would be a dog in the house that barks occasionally and would come and stiff at the connected door, which terrified my animals. The noise was a bit disturbing at times but overall it was a pleasant stay.
