Whether you're visiting for the area's famous speedway, a stretch of sunbathing on the sand, or simply a change of scenery, this studio gives you a comfortable, well-equipped base that keeps the beach just steps away.

 

Living & sleeping space

The open-plan studio is arranged to make the most of its footprint. Two double beds are dressed with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets, with room-darkening shades letting you sleep in when you need to. A flat-screen TV and a dedicated workspace round out the room, so whether you're winding down with a show or catching up on a few emails, you have what you need without having to rearrange things.

 

Kitchen & dining

The in-studio kitchen is stocked with everything for easy meals in. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, and cooking basics mean you can handle anything from morning coffee - brewed with the coffee maker - to a full dinner. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a blender are all on hand, and the dining table gives you somewhere to sit down properly rather than balancing plates on your lap.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a full bathtub - a welcome option after a long day exploring - along with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Hot water, an iron, hangers, and all the standard essentials are provided so you arrive to a ready space rather than a checklist of things to go buy.

 

Getting comfortable

The studio is air-conditioned and heated, which matters as Florida evenings can shift in winter months. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are included if you need to stay connected, and the building has an elevator for easy access to your floor. Free parking on premises means you can keep a car without a second thought - useful for day trips out to the Daytona International Speedway, roughly 15 minutes away, or down the coast to Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum, about 30 minutes south.

 

Beach & building access

Beach access runs directly from the resort lobby - no driving, no searching for a spot, just a walk down to the sand. The waterfront location means ocean views from the balcony are a given, and the private entrance to the building keeps arrival and departure straightforward. The studio is pet-friendly, so your dog is welcome to come along on the trip.

 

Supplies & practical notes

To start you off, the studio is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - enough to get settled without a first-day shopping run. For stays longer than a few nights, you may want to top up on a few items. Check-in begins at 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Please note a washer is not available on the property.
