Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. Pools, pool deck, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.
One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room.

Last minute rentals are accepted. You will have a clean, comfortable room but we cannot guarantee amenities at the Resort. The Daytona Beach Resort can close all amenities anytime for any reason.
