You will make Oceanfront Dreamsicle Villa your home away from home while you visit North Side, Grand Cayman. This beautiful vacation getaway boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 Baths - 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. With amenities like WiFi, a washer & dryer, and AC, you can unwind and feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for added convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy all the amenities both Northside and Dreamsicle have to offer you for a fantastic vacation. The courtyard boasts a large outdoor living space with couches and eating areas. The back deck overlooks the water and has an additional covered eating area. The ocean is a few steps from the back door. Ocean views can be enjoyed throughout the Villa with an exceptional Caribbean Ocean view from the upper Master Bedroom Balcony. Great sunsets and sunrises are seen during most of the year. During full Moon dates wonderful pictures have been taken with the Moon reflecting off the water and seen through gorgeous Coconut Palms located directly on the beach.

Dreamsicle Villa located at Mahogany Point, a secluded beach front property, has a separate private feel with a community pool, large gazebo, Pool lounge chairs and table with chairs. Dreamsicle Villa offers 6 additional lounge chairs on the oceanside beach area of the Villa. You will get plenty of sunshine in this tranquil location with some of the best snorkeling on the Island right out the back door. Excellent snorkeling in shallow water along the beautiful protective coral reef allows you to see anything from lobsters, angelfish, puffer fish, lion fish, flounder, eels to Stingrays and Eagle Rays. The reef is great for beginner snorkelers and the experienced swimmer alike. Each time you enter the water you will have a different experience in the ever changing underwater tropical fish landscape.

Second Bedroom King Size Bed can be made into two singles (both are comfortable). Please let us know which configuration you would prefer in advance so we can prepare this for you.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Not only does Dreamsicle Villa have a large private furnished Courtyard but there are 2 Kayaks available, one single and one Double. No life jackets are provided. Must sign a waiver for use.

LICENSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM
Dreamsicle Villa has passed all inspections from the Department of Tourism including fire, health and environmental departments. This property meets the high standards of all three departments and is a legally licensed property with all Taxes paid on a monthly basis. A Carbon Monoxide detector is not needed as there are no indoor appliances which use propane or natural gas.
