Mahogany Point 3 stands as one of only five exclusive beachfront units, granting direct access to the pristine white sands just steps from your door. Alternatively, you can unwind on the shaded beachfront patio, savoring the gentle ocean breezes. Amidst the lush gardens surrounding the complex, a freshwater pool offers a refreshing retreat, often providing a private oasis due to the intimate scale of Mahogany Point.

Step inside this welcoming space, where extensive remodeling and tasteful redecoration have transformed the condo into a haven of modern luxury. The sleek and fully equipped kitchen boasts upscale appliances, while upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite, open plan bathroom facilities with a spacious walk-in rainfall shower. Fabulous villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Top notch experience from booking to pre-arrival info to arrival through departure. Chloe was incredibly helpful! The villa was sparkingly clean and just as depicted in the photos. We spent most of the vacation lounging on the covered porch in the comfy furniture! Loved kayaking and snorkeling right there...equipment was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Mahogany Point 3 on Grand Caymen. The house was great for our group of 6. We loved the outdoor area and the kayak and paddle boards. If you come, make sure you have water shoes as the beach in front of the house has a lot of rock and coral. The house was clean upon our arrival and Chloe, the property manager, was very helpful. The only thing we had trouble with were the TVs. There were multiple remote controls, but no directions on how to use them. The tv in the upstairs bedroom didn’t even have a remote so that one was never able to be used. However, we weren’t there to watch tv. We had an amazing trip and had a lot of fun excursions on the island. We also like the fact that this property was on the north shore away from the traffic of the west side of the island. Overall, it was very enjoyable and I would recommend staying at Mahogany Point.

Relaxing, comfortable, homey, quiet

It was exactly as described and pictured and met our high expectations and exceeded them a bit in hominess and comfort. It was lovely and had most everything we wanted/needed. Not having a door on the primary bedroom upstairs is weird and uncomfortable but we knew this ahead of time and just used the other 2nd floor bedroom's bathroom. Warning: the staircase steps have short rise and run. With size 12 feet, I was forced to walk duck-foot and carefully when descending. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap and trash bags were provided for more than our 2 person 10 day stay. I used the pool only a couple times but it sure was pleasant. Property manager Chloe was very pleasant, responsive and effective. Curious how quickly we adapted to the heat/humidity - when we arrived, we needed the a/c at 75 but within a couple days, we had it at 79 or 80. HVAC worked very well. Had fabulous dinners at Tukkas East End almost every night! Used the villa's charcoal grill for one dinner - perfect! Almost all grocery shopping was done at Foster's Countryside in Savannah with minor purchases at helpful Chisholm's Grocery just up the street from the villa. We would definitely return to this villa. May 10-20, 2025.

Perfect villa for the week

We loved everything about this house, it was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 teenagers. My two boys did not care for sharing a king bed, but other than that, it perfectly met our needs. The upstairs rooms did not have a door on the bathroom but we were able to hang a sheet blocking the toilet and shower for some privacy. The place was decorated very modern, we loved it and felt right at home, it was exactly our style. It was clean and clutter-free. Chloe was a delight to deal with, stopped by our first day and immediately got back to me with a non-urgent question. There was plenty of supplies for snorkeling and fun at the pool, including water shoes and floaties. And while the shore immediately facing our unit was rocky, just a few feet down the shore is sand and easier access. My favorite spots were the upstairs balcony and the patio off the living room, however since my kids became fast friends with the resident chickens, the animals were constantly hanging out on our patio expecting to be fed. We named the 3 smaller birds, toes (male who would peck my husband's toes!), chicken (she was shy) and sis. My kids enjoyed them quite a bit! Overall it was perfect for us!

Great site

Spent five comfortable nights here with my husband and two teenagers. Plenty of attractions and restaurants near to keep us busy and well fed. Property was well kept and modern. Did not need to seek out the property manager at all!

Our stay was excellent. The place was exactly like it’s picture. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely need water shoes as the water was rocky. I recommend going to seven mile beach during your stay .. absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely stay again

Outstanding on the North Side

It was absolutely perfect. The house is just as described. We had a wonderful week in Grand Cayman. The house sits with 5 others. We meet several owners who were just fantastic. Staying on the Northside was perfect for us. We will definitely stay at mahogany point again.

Two couples for a week at New Year

We had a great time on the quiet side of the island. No issues while at the house. Clean, safe, comfortable, well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and and seasonings. Snorkel right there or just lay in the sand. We would rent again for sure.

Mahogany Point - Cayman Villas

Not my first time in Cayman but my first time staying at Cayman Villas. The house was perfect size for us and the access to the beach was wonderful. The location is great, sitting between Over the Edge restaurant (one of my favorites) and Rum Point! The house had everything we needed including stand up paddelboards and a kayak for two. The pool was an added bonus! We'll be back!

Paradise in a very private setting!

This property is definitely worth staying at if you like quiet, relaxing, and beautiful views. It’s away from the chaos but many great places to see and restaurants within 25 minutes driving. This is well represented by the listing. The townhome is clean and very accommodating especially for a group of 6 adults! There’s a grocer (Chisholm) about a block away and easily walkable. The beach area was perfect for relaxing and there’s a reef about 25 yards out that’s perfect for snorkeling. Overall I would highly recommend this location.

Great Family Spring Break

We had a fabulous week in March 2023. The unit was perfect for us with our 2 young adult daughters. It was quiet and removed enough for us to relax but close enough that we had an activity every day within 20 minute drive. We snorkeled right from our beach each day and saw tons of interesting sea life. It was also convenient being just a couple of minutes from small Chisholm grocery. The condos are not fancy but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Good value and really liked the location.

Peaceful Get Away

The location of this house is perfect for a quieter Grand Cayman experience. It's about 10 minutes from Rum Point and 15 from the East End. There's a bodega and liquor store about half a mile away. The view from the living room is stunning and the covered front porch provides plenty of shade. It rained a lot when we were there, so the covered porch was kind of clutch. The kitchen was also well appointed with everything we needed. We also took advantage of the kayak and the really incredible snorkeling right in front of the house.

Relaxing North Side Getaway

Ease and comfort. Property exactly as described and reviewed by others. Key for our family was comfy beds, good view, nice kitchen, paddle boards, and good snorkeling. We were on scuba dive vacation. We have always stayed north end of 7 mile beach and looking to explore north and east side. We scuba dove every morning and snorkeled in afternoon (10 feet from house). We saw more marine life on coral heads outside the house than we did on scuba dives. The coral heads stretch a mile literally from 10 feet to 100 yards from house and all very shallow and accessible. (too bad not lobster season, they were everywhere) Special thanks to Chloe the property manger. We had dead car battery on day 2 and her husband and nephew came out to jump the car and they left us with a battery jumper just in case. We ended up needing it again and had car rental company replace the battery after that. It was no big deal to them and big deal to us. Thanks

Remote Splendor

This wonderful seaside villa is perfect for a family or friends getaway. It is located directly on the beach with constant sea breezes blowing. The coral comes right up to the sand, so you can’t walk in directly without water shoes, but there is an accessible sand beach just a few steps away. The house is in the quaint North Side area, walking distance from the well-stocked small Chisholms Grocery. There are several great restaurants a quick drive away, including Over the Edge, Kaibo and Rum Point (which was closed for renovation while we were there). That said, it is a solid 40-minute drive to the more populated areas and the airport, more during high traffic times. It is well-equipped, with everything needed in the kitchen and bath. Loved our stay, and our property manger was a joy to work with.

Beautiful, relaxing spot on the North Side

We had an amazing week in this North Side hideaway. The view from the house is worth every penny! The North Side is about 45-1 hour from all of the main attractions on 7 mile- turtle experience, boat tours, large grocery, etc. But, if you’re looking for a quieter, private island kind of feel, this is the place. The snorkeling in your backyard is better than the rest of the island! We also loved the beach / restaurant at Rum Pointe, and the ambience at Kaibo. The outdoor space at the home was also amazing, as were the kayak and the paddle board. The unit itself was a bit more rundown than I expected. It was pretty fully stocked with beach towels, spices, kitchen tools, etc. however, there is only a charcoal grill, some of the light bulbs were out, the cable didn’t work, and in some spots tile was missing, or there was noticeable wear and tear. There also were not any life jackets for the kayak (safety issue), and no doors on the bathrooms in both upstairs rooms. None of these things would change our minds about staying here again, but just noted for the future. All in all, a fantastic, memorable, trip of a lifetime.

Liked the location on peaceful northside, and breezy.

The townhouse resides on quiet north shore with a gorgeous view of the ocean and if you want something right on the water could not get much closer. We loved being close to rum pt and taking advantage of the many activities, beach's, reefs, bars. Would recommend using ocean frontiers for sting ray and snorkel tour. 1/2 day trip and small group made it more personal plus they pick up at rum pt $65. Also did luminescent tour, though rather pricey for what you get. Regarding townhouse, pretty much was well represented in the pictures. There were a bunch of little things that wern't overly bothersome but made the owner aware after our visit so they could fix for others. Kayak was nice and had two paddle boards that we used. Had small weber grill but may have been nice to have a couple community gas grills. Kitchen had everything we needed. Because we are on the north side we had a few days of very strong winds and rest med wind....seemed to always blow. On the real windy days suggest going to rum pt or 7 mile beach. Great having the small grocery story just down the street but will pay a little extra for the convivence but worth it. Highlight of trip was seeing Portuguese man of war washing up on a east side beach, though very poisonous had some cool colors and shapes. Had great lions fish tacos at the Dive Bar on east side of island. I think overall it was great time, unit could use some refreshing but enjoyed the stay. LOve GRand Cayman!!

Wonderful Stay North Shore Grand Cayman!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What can I say? We stayed in Mahogany Point 3 for a family vacation - 2 adults, 3 college kids - in Early August 2022. This place is awesome! I would love to have Villa this cool back home. Sleek and modern, and with plenty of room, we were thrilled to stay here. We had everything we needed for meals and so forth, and equipment to play in the water right out the front door! Speaking of the water out front....The sand was very soft and smooth, albeit a bit rocky in places to get into and out of the water (fairly common in GC), and the sea life did not disappoint. There were plenty of fish, urchins and corals in the ocean out the front door. We snorkeled out to the reef and found plenty of life right there. No need to drive anywhere. Chisolm's grocery is 2 minutes away, and you can get anything there as far as groceries. Rum Point and Kaibo restaurant is a 10 minute drive for some dinner, and playing on the beach. Since this place is on the NOrth shore it is secluded and quiet. That's why we picked it and loved it. Very clean, great water and everything worked very well. We'll be back!!Cayman Villas and our rep was also very helpful getting us in the front door, and then we didn't need them the rest of the stay, although I was confident that they would be a great help if needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The views of the ocean out the big sliding glass windows was tremendous.The reef was close from the shore, and very easy to snorkel.Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.Overall a great place, highly recommend.
