Menifee is home to several parks, golf courses, and nearby hiking trails for outdoor activities. And it’s within easy reach of major attractions such as Motte Historical Car Museum, DropZone Waterpark, and various lakes.

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE 2 LIVING AREAS

The rooms are air-conditioned, and both feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console to keep things exciting. Plus, there's a cozy fireplace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with the warmth and ambiance of a fire while you enjoy your favorite shows or unwind after a long day.

THE 5 BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed with cozy linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, there's 1 Large Sectional Sofa and Futons where anyone can sleep. The 3 Futons can be laid down to create a twin-sized bed. Adventurous group can easily sleep 18-20 people in this house

Fully stocked bathroom with everything you need—shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels—including one walk-in shower for added comfort. 1 half Bathroom downstairs.

Guest access
There is a small studio with their own private entrance on the left side of the house. They have their own yard and everything and they do not share anything with your group. The studio is another short-term rental. In summary, it's only your group who will have access to the entire 5-bedroom home.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Lookout Cir, Menifee, CA 92585" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home

• Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events

• Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.

• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?

No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
