My sister and husband stayed here last week and absolutely loved it. They loved everything about it...how cozy it is, how easy everything was to figure out and use, how well taken care of it is, how super clean it is, the flowers, the deck in front and back, the comfortable bed...just everything. They were especially impressed with all the fall decorations and would love to come back just to see what Christmas will look like in the cabin. I live in Mendota about a mile down the road and am so excited to find this Cabin in Disguise. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and this is by far one of the best! The host Vickie is awesome. Thank you for helping make my sister's trip so memorable. Nina

Thank you so much for your sweet words! ❤️ It sure does warm my heart to know your sister and husband enjoyed their stay and felt right at home. I put a lot of love into making the cabin a special place for folks to relax, make memories, and enjoy a little taste of country hospitality. I’d be mighty glad to welcome them back for Christmas, and I hope you’ll come by and see the cabin all dressed up for the holidays, too! Thank you again for your kindness and for sharing the Cabin in Disguise with your family. Y’all are always welcome here!

Home was very well setup and Vickie was an amazing host. She had homemade baked bread, cinnamon rolls and jam waiting for us. House was meticulously clean. Any amenities you may have forgotten she had you covered. Highly recommend this home for your next stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cabin in Disguise! The cabin was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed, but the porch and fire pit were probably our favorite parts. It was such a peaceful place to relax, slow down, and enjoy a few days away.Vickie was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, easy to communicate with, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both her property and the people who stay there. We even had the chance to meet her during our stay, and she was every bit as lovely in person. The cabin feels private and tucked away while still being convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. We cooked, grilled, spent evenings by the fire, and honestly felt completely at home. The pictures are great, but they don’t quite capture how peaceful and charming the property feels when you’re actually there. This is one of those places you’re genuinely a little sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vickie and The Cabin in Disguise to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Thank you for sharing your little piece of the mountains with us, Vickie!

Absolutely the nicest place I have ever stayed. So cute and clean and well maintained. Lots of little personal touches, and she has just about anything you might need for your trip. We stayed one night, but it would be great for a longer stay. So relaxing after a long day of driving.

A beautiful warm and cozy home, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, Make sure you check out the hard rock casino. State street has some nice shopping. I Recommend the 620 state restaurant for lunch or dinner, also make sure you stop by blackbird bakery everything is homemade and oh so delicious

It is clear why Vickie and her place have earned the Superhost badge! Our expectations were exceeded, and we loved the clean, cozy accommodations. There were plenty of high-quality kitchen items -- none of the dull knives and scratched-up pans usually found in rentals. There were plenty of towels and common items to make a comfortable stay. Vickie was very responsive to messages before and during our stay. We enjoyed the closeby firetower hike, took a daytrip to Devil's Bathtub, and may someday return to cycle the nearby rail trail to Bristol, TN.
