You’ll also have easy access to the Lafitte Greenway right behind the house—perfect for biking, walking, or heading to nearby restaurants and parks.

Where is Mid-City?
If you’re on the hunt for a home with a front porch, then Mid City New Orleans should definitely be on your short list. While the architecture is varied, the majority of homes in this neighborhood have that most quintessential of southern perks: a porch. If you like the outdoors, then this is the perfect space for you. But it’s not all about porch sitting (although that’s pretty darned appealing), it’s the proximity to everything else. There’s City Park and the New Orleans Museum of Art on one end. There’s the medical corridor on the other. And snuggled up in the middle, you’ll find some of our favorite places to grab a bite – Clesi’s for seafood, Parkway for poboys, Katie’s for brunch, and Bayou Beer Garden for any time you need a cold one. The Lafitte Greenway starts (or ends, depending on your perspective) in Mid City and stretches for miles. Ride your bike, walk your dog, or take an evening run in a big expanse of green space. You’ll have choices in grocery stores, convenience and drug stores, and too many other restaurants to mention. Getting to downtown or Metairie or even the Westbank is a breeze, because it doesn't get more centrally located than this!
– If you are bringing a car. There is ample street parking in front of the home.
The front porch and back patio are shared with the tenants next door.

-- No animals at all, please. We love them, but not for this house.
-- We love our neighbors, and try never to impede on their right to a quiet home. Please quiet down by 9pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. This is especially important when using the outdoor spaces!

We're excited for you to enjoy the cowboy pool in the backyard! To keep everyone safe and the pool in good shape, please follow these rules:
Use at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
The bottom of the pool may be slippery—please use caution entering and exiting.
Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
After using the pool, please replace the cover to help keep it clean.
If you notice anything unusual (damage, water level, etc.), please notify me right away.
The owner is not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the pool.
