Difficile à trouver, 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, condo joliment décoré dans le cœur de Scottsdale. unité de condo comprend laveuse / sécheuse, climatisation, cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant cuisinière / four à micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour votre cuisine quotidienne et plus encore. Sun and relaxation the way it is meant to be

November 2-23, 2017 My wife and I were joined by our daughter, her husband and their two young children for a stay at Susan's condo in the McCormick Ranch area of Phoenix. My wife and I were there for three weeks and our daughters family for the first two weeks. The size and layout of the condo were perfect for the whole family. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms suited us very well. The unit was clean and well supplied . We ate many of our meals in the unit and had everything we needed to cook with. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, close to a walking/bike path and the developments heated pool was quite close by and used extensively by our granddaughter. The development is handy to grocery stores, Costco was a short drive away and there were lots of restaurants within a short distance. There are also many excellent golf courses and attractions close by so was always something to do and easy to get to. Susan was always prompt in responding to any questions and an excellent host for our vacation. We would definitely consider renting this location from Susan again if the opportunity arises. Bart

We chose Scottsdale as a meeting place for our daughter, son-in-law and their two children. We all decided it would be so much more fun and convenient to rent a condo rather than stay in a hotel. We found Susan's place on the HomeAway website and it was everything as described and photographed. The place was so conveniently located to the 101 freeway, which runs a loop around Scottsdale and Phoenix. The condo was spotlessly clean, the kitchen fully equipped and the grounds were so lovely as well as beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, which is about 15 paces away. There is a BBQ directly across the way, along with the gym. This place is close to everything, grocery store, several restaurants, and the Aquarium! As well, Susan is just a phone call away for any questions you may have or anything else you may need. We have stayed in many privately owned homes/condominiums and this was an excellent experience!

Great Condo/Great Location

An extended family wedding brought us to Scottsdale. Staying in a condo was a perfect solution to spending quality time with immediate family in between the wedding festivities. And this proved to be the ideal condo. The condo is comfortable and spacious for five adults. Susan provided a well equipped and very clean home and quickly responded to any questions we had. The pools and exercise facilities on the grounds were also clean and within a few steps of the condo. And, the location: perfect. Easy drive to the airport, a variety of restaurants and everything Scottsdale. Thanks Susan.

Wonderful condo/great vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of two adults and three children! It was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. We used at least one of the pools daily and enjoyed the tennis court as well. The location is very convenient to several hiking areas and dining/shopping. Looking forward to returning! Wonderful Condo!

In the past 4 years we have rented many homes with VRBO all of the country and have never been disappointed. This condo, however, may be the best of them all! The location was VERY convenient and the property offered more than we hoped for. It was very comfortable and our family (4 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our stay very much. Having the pool so convenient was a big plus and we used it 3 times. The home is spotless, has a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds and lots of space. I can't wait to book my next stay there!

Comfortable stay

My family & I came to the Scottsdale area for a wedding & had such a great time at the condo. Susan is great in communicating & making things as easy as possible for the renter! The beds are comfortable, there's a washer & dryer for laundry if needed, & we really appreciated that there was an iron & ironing board for our wedding attire!! The couches in the living room area were so comfortable for lounging. Great access to the pool & work out room! There's even a provided, private parking space for renters & more parking if renters have more than one vehicle. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Scottsdale & we'll definitely recommend it for anyone going to the area!

Perfect!!

Third time to Scottsdale and by far the best place we have found to stay. Loved the spacious condo with fully equipped kitchen. Many amenities to enjoy - pool,hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room and endless walking/biking trails. Our family of 6 adults had more than enough room to spread out. Close to some great shopping (walking distance), loved the Fry's market, that was an experience. Our stay was so nice and we would not hesitate to recommend Suzanne's place to family and friends. Suzanne is terrific with quick and concise communication and follow up. We were met promptly at the start and checking out by Juanita. A very positive experience for a first time VRBO vacation. Highly Recommended Condo

We (our family of 4 and my mother and father-in-law) rented Suzanne's Condo over Christmas break. Our stay was fantastic! Positives: (1) Suzanne was terrific with communication, met us at the condo on the first day, and was willing to work with us on scheduling issues and the like -- we were allowed to check in about 4 hours early, and she was willing to let us stay an extra day or two because our plans changed. (2) The location of the condo is great: it's near/adjacent to a green space on which we walked every day; it's across the driveway/road from a tennis court, fitness center, heated pool, and a grill which we used three times during our stay. (3) The condo was well-maintained and clean; it came with plenty of towels, dishes, basics spices like salt and pepper, and it included other things like tennis racquets, laundry soap, a 'Fry" (grocery store) discount card, etc. The pictures and other reviews all support what we found to be the case. We highly recommend this condo and will rent it again when we next visit Scottsdale. Drawbacks: First, I give this condo a 10/10 so these drawbacks are really minor things. But, here are some things that would be nice improvements: quieter dishwasher, nightstands on both sides of the queen beds in the 'guest' rooms (there were dressers in the closet that I think would fit next to the bed, and we thought about moving them, but didn't), and, there was only one key to the various gates/doors around the complex (so we had to coordinate/share if some of our party wanted to go to the pool while someone else wanted to work out). This wasn't a big deal as we did things like put rocks in the gate to keep it open, etc.). Really, none of these issues were big deals. As I said, we were blessed to have stayed in this condo for a week.

Excellent, spacious condo!

The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed, including a fully furnished kitchen and plenty of linens. The layout was great for our group of five, with three bedrooms and a large common area. The location was very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale (about a ten min drive) as well as to Phoenix sites like Camelback. We used the pool/hot tub nightly, which are just outside the back door, and we were always the only ones there. Susan provided excellent customer service and always responded to emails within 24 hours. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful home

This property was excellent! I would give it 10 stars if possible! My family had such a relaxing time in this home. It has absolutely everything you need. Dishes, kettles, towels, blankets to cuddle with on the beautiful sofa at night and a pool right out the door. It was so peaceful with the interior decoration, you couldn't help but relax. I hope to rent this property every time we travel to Scottsdale. And the owner was so friendly and easy to work with. Absolutely excellent VRBO.

Great location!

Loved the location of the condo in the community as far as proximity to the pool and the tennis courts and the exercise facility. We also loved how close we were to shopping, restaurants, and the expressway. Would definitely stay there again! Great customer service and no problems with the unit whatsoever. Loved it!

GREAT CONDO IN PERFECT LOCATION

My husband and I stayed in this condo the last two years for a month and could not have been more pleased! There was so much we loved about it as in perfect location in Scottsdale, quiet area, directly outside is one of the two pools on site, exercise room right across from this condo and green walk access which takes you on a wonderful walkway which we did daily. The master bedroom has a king size bed with large walk in closet and the other bedroom has a separate bath of its own. It also has a 3rd bedroom and washer and dryer. We also were pleased with the large kitchen and the easy access to the grill and fire pit directly across the street. It also has shopping in area as well as a large variety of restaurants and quick access to Hwy. 101. We also found a great church only minutes from this condo called Highland which we would highly recommend. We loved this condo and would highly say you would not be disappointed staying here. We will definitely return because we could not ask for more in a rental unit.

Lovely Condo~!

We stayed in this lovely condo for 2 wks! We are from the area and needed a place to stay in between selling our home and moving into our new one! We chose this property because it was a great location to our new home.. but also because Susan was so very accommodating!!. Right in the heart of Scottsdale with easy access to freeway and minutes from shopping, grocery and good eats! The condo was clean and we loved the new tile she installed! Our two kids loved coming home every night to swim in the community pool just outside the condo. The only thing I would recommend is installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms as it does get hot in AZ in the summer. Although she was prepared as she had a fan in the closet :) Would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends who need a place to stay when they come out for a visit to AZ!!

Awesome condo in perfect location in Scottsdale

We visited Scottsdale to see family and friends in the area over the last spring. We absolutely loved this location! We have been coming down here for years and stayed in many different hotels and condos in the area, but this was our first time in this condo, and we will definitely be staying here again! The location of the condo was outstanding! The pool and hot tub were right out the back patio door, and a gorgeous fire pit, grill, and tennis court out the front. Not only was it a great location in the complex, there was tons to do nearby, and even if we had to drive, it was minimal to get to many other attractions. I would recommend this condo to anyone, except during the time that we want to book it again next year!

Marvelous condo in the best location in Scottsdale :)

We spent the kids' spring break in you condo and that was the best one yet! The beautiful home, with its fully equip kitchen and everything one might ever need was amazing. The pool was a few steps away from the patio and so was the parking. I liked the location which was close to the north, center, shoppings, freeways, all. I definitely recommend your vacation condo to everyone I know :), thank you again!
