WECO`s Weekend Sabbatical

Welcome to West Colombia! This cozy single bed and bath is favorably located near many of the pleasantries Columbia has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, riverfront parks, the zoo, and the University of South Carolina are all less than 10 minutes away! This space is also wonderful for working remotely, if you must. We love how much natural light brightens the space, and how easy it is to stay bundled up here.
Our space is a cool 15 minute drive from the airport and next to the major highways.
Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the house at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking on the OUTSIDE patio, but please clean up after yourself.

There is an additional fee of $100 per person for any extra guests staying the night other than the parties listed on the reservation. Thanks!

Items Left Behind/Returns

We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am). If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $30 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.

Any missing keys will be subject to a $100 fee

We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
