This newly built home offers a fresh, open-concept design with thoughtful touches throughout. With five spacious bedrooms, a kids bunk room, media room, office and five bathrooms, there’s room for everyone to unwind in style and comfort.
There is a total sleeping capacity of 22 for this property
Pool/Garage Level:
* Enjoy your custom pool featuring shallow shelf area with water feature plus bench seating with back-level hydrotherapy jets! The pool is also heated during the winter months for your enjoyment free of charge.
* Ping Pong table
* Beach items including; chairs, umbrella, wagons and toys
* 2nd refrigerator/freezer
* Two tv's overlooking pool and patio area
* Tesla(NACS) Level2 charging station with J1772 charging adapter
Second/Main Level:
* Spacious chefs kitchen featuring double oven, kitchen aid mixer, separate wine/beverage fridge
