To start, the unit lacked basic essentials. There were only two bath towels—no washcloths, no hand towels, no iron, and no backup supplies. The light in the living room didn’t work. The couch was cheap and uncomfortable, and the bed itself was not only hard to sleep on, but had visible dirt in it, raising serious concerns about whether the linens were even changed. I also found pubic hair in the bathroom, which was both unsanitary and disturbing.The photos in the listing painted a very different picture from reality. While it may look nice on the surface, the property is clearly poorly maintained. There was no TV in the bedroom, and the exterior looked more like a rundown set of mismatched efficiencies than what was advertised.Overall, this property did not meet even the most basic standards of comfort or cleanliness. I feel misled and extremely dissatisfied with the experience. It’s a shame because this place has a lot of potential. Location was great

Is a Lie...they never send me the access code so i couldn't check inn..i called like 50 times, spend 8 hours of my trip trying to first get instructions and them a refund... i booked thru expedia but the property is from Vrbo and after many calls and a terrible bad time im still waiting for a refund that they promise i will get... i coulnt belive that i was charged directly by the owner and no expedia...this property i dont know if it is real or the rented like this to many people and charge without giving codes...it was really a bad time...so i end uo spending much more in a hotel and i will keep on asking for my refund until i get it..but not nice and a very long story to enter to more details... I believe expedia should inform that they will give my card information to a third party and wont be directly them responsible for my payment and make sure i will get the information to use the apartment

We had a very nice stay at the property. The communication was great and very prompt. The tv remote was no where to be found and they said they would bring us one but never did. We liked having a full size fridge, washer/dryer, oven/stove. Everything was very nice. You could tell it was remodeled because of the floors where they met the trim (it looked older). The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was too. We would recommend this property. Also, quiet neighborhood where my daughter and I felt safe.

Nice location and near a lot of retail

This condo apartment is off side streets in a quiet quaint little neighborhood. Very Charming. The rental was clean and very accommodating. The only knocks I would have with our stay is"that there was no metal cookware or baking sheets or metal pans that you could put in the oven safely up the pots and pans that were provided had handles I wasn't sure what hold up in the oven.Also no TV in the master bedroom, despite having a large wall facing the bed. Wall facing the master Bed has a large crib but could use a medium sized runner or dresser for clothes. The bathrooms lacked towel hooks and above the toilet there could be some shelves installed for knickknacks as the bathroom is rather small and lacking and storage space other than below the sink.Even though we had three people there seemed to be a shortage of towels. With only two large tiles.Not a big deal, just wanted to list my observations for possibly the owner to address. Floor is spongy and a couple areas and there was a bezel detached from the dishwasher we did not mess with. I like the fact that it had washed machine and dryer and was very cozy and modern contemporary design. The pullout couch served for a nice size bed for our 15 year old daughter. We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the Tampa Convention Center and it was in great proximity to everything.
