I musta say the pictures do not correspond to the apartment, however the apartment looked better than the pictures. I t was very clean and comfortable. If anything, I would recommend to add a couple pots and pans, since it has a beautiful (very clean) kitchen with an electric stove that cannot be used unless you buy (or bring, which will not happen) your own pans. Otherwise, it is a beautiful apartment with everything you might need to be comfortable.

Overall; we had an okay stay; just don’t expect too much, you get what you pay for. The area is ok; but the images that are posted are highly edited. Bed & table were not the ones posted; the chairs were a bit ripped; closets didn’t close properly; windows were dirty & the ac takes a while to kick in.The coin laundry room is shared by others; there were dead bugs all over(we did not use).This was only our resting place so we didn’t mind it too much; the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean for the most part; kitchen was good as well. Host did reply to most messages; but took a while. No checkout instructions were given and there were some other things that just made them seem a bit unorganized.

The place looks nothing like the photos except the bathroom! He stated when I asked about it before arriving that they were updating it. Maybe he meant redecorating? In any case if you are doing that, at least have an appropriate amount of furniture. Only had a couch, no end tables, or a coffee table in the livingroom. There needed to be a nightstand on both sides of the bed in the bedroom. Also the central air doesn't work. He has a portable air conditioner in the bedroom but it didn't cool the living room or other areas. When I told him, he did bring another portable air unit that needed to be filled with water and it only cooled for a few hours and then needed more water. Lucky for us we had several hikes and siteseeing plans with family while we were there so we were gone during the days! Oh, the bed wasnt very comfy either so my husband slept on the couch. We are not hard people to please but the pictures on the site he had made the place look cozy and cute, but it was not. I should have taken pictures but we didn't. The area is super close to downtown, Golden, and Boulder which was great!

I wish so bad I had taken more pictures of the place. I was so busy there and didn't realize how DIFFERENT the listing was to the actual property. Not a single piece of furniture in the listing pictures are currently in the home. It's like they staged it really nice and hired professional photographer for the listing and then took everything out for renting. When I arrived, there was trash all over the entrance, as I came in, it scared me seeing messes as I entered because I thought someone was there. Turns out it just hadn't been cleaned yet. They thought I was coming the next day. I didn't get to rest and shower before my event because they came to clean. This place was all I needed during the 6 nights I was there, but it's as basic as possible. I didn't use the kitchen. The towels shedded all over your body as you dried off, curtains in bedroom to block light would be nice, and you can hear the neighbors really well. If you're basically looking for a bed like I was, it was ok but the initial check in and surprise that is was NOT A NICE LOOKING PLACE, took me off guard. If you're sensitive to smoke be aware as well, the neighbor's smell will affect you.
