The upper level also includes an inviting open-concept living and gathering room with sweeping ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating. When you're not on the beach or the ocean-view deck, you can spend time in the living room and enjoy state-of-the-art entertainment with a 65" 4K Television and Bluetooth sound system. You'll have everything you need to prepare large family meals in the renovated, well-stocked kitchen featuring bar seating, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wine fridge (a second full-size fridge/freezer is located on the ground level). The large dining room features an expansive table that accommodates up to 10 guests and offers great views of the ocean. The upper level also features three access points to a large wrap-around ocean-facing deck (replaced in 2020) with plenty of comfortable Composite Adirondack seating and a large outdoor dining table.

The sun-soaked Loft offers work and workout from "home" options with an exercise bike, a desk, and incredible views of the ocean. Rounding out the upper level, you'll find the fourth of four large King bedrooms with an en-suite bath with a double sink vanity and jacuzzi tub. Additional amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach games, fishing poles, and 4 adult bikes (and helmets) in storage rooms located adjacent to the carport. Ample parking is available, including a covered carport under the house with an EV charging station. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell which is only viewed on turnover day to confirm the timing and duration of the cleaning company.
