Maple House-1 Bedroom, 1 Bath-Private, Centrally Located

Enjoy your Montana getaway in this cozy & clean guesthouse surrounded by mature maple trees. Our private guesthouse is located in Evergreen and is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. Guests will have the whole unit to themselves tucked away from the main house. This cozy private space has 1 bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. You can cook in the full kitchen or enjoy a delicious breakfast at Cislo's Family restaurant located directly behind the guesthouse. The kitchen has a full stove, small fridge, sink, microwave, pots, pans, utensils and a quaint kitchen table. The bedroom has a queen bed, mirror, spacious armoire & armchair. It is important to note that the bedroom does not have a door. A comfortable queen-sized futon in living room, armchair and smart tv for streaming. There is privacy frosting on windows to ensure a private experience and end-to-end parking for 2 vehicles adjacent to the 2-car garage. We also provide fresh eggs and/or apples upon request if your stay falls within the season that these are available.

Relax after your outdoor adventures with a hot shower and comfortable beds in a private & peaceful atmosphere during your Montana getaway. We will do our absolute best to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable!

Please note that we do live on the property, in the main house next door, so you can expect to hear the normal backyard noises such as the occasional child or chicken from the adjacent yard. We ask that you respect our family's privacy by not approaching the front porch.

The Area:
Glacier National Park:
Glacier is only 30 miles away. This is a must see! One of the most beautiful National Parks out there with numerous hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, and everything wild Montana has to offer. I would recommend reserving your tickets into the park in advance. The last couple years, the park had to limit the amount of people entering into the park before 3pm.

Summer Activities:
The activities in the summer here in the area are limitless. This includes, but not limited to, hiking, biking, fishing, camping, wildlife viewing, birdwatching, boating, swimming, and multiple national and state parks. If you are planning a trip to the famous Glacier National Park, there are many other exciting activities along the way. Everything from ziplines, hot air balloons, helicopter rides, mazes, and much more. I would highly recommend checking out the Montana Vortex, where gravity defies the laws of physics. Also, being that the house is fairly close to Kalispell, you always could spend the day exploring, shopping, dining, and enjoying all the city has to offer.

Winter Activities:
Nearby outdoor winter attractions, such as ski resorts and areas, include Blacktail Mountain Ski Area (57 mins/30.8 miles), Whitefish Mountain Resort (37 mins/24.2 miles), Glacier Nordic Center (26 mins/17 miles). There are also many areas to cross-country ski. Another famous exciting activity in the area is dog sledging.

• Guests not listed at time of booking are NOT permitted on premises.

• Remove your shoes inside the guesthouse.

• Do not use white towel to remove make-up. We provide small dark clothes for this purpose.

• Only open screened windows.

• Lock all doors before leaving.

•Do NOT sleep on futon without the fitted mattress protector (located inside the gray ottoman in the living room). You will be charged an extra cleaning fee for not using it.

• Communicate via the app and respect our privacy by not approaching the front porch of the main residence.

•You will be charged extra fees for stained linens/towels, excessive cleaning, broken items, or any damage that’s been done to anything in the guest suite and/or the guest suite itself. You will have until 12am after check-in to report any pre-existing damages. Any damages or missing items not reported within this time period will be charged to your card on file after check-out.

•Do not have packages shipped to our address if you are a short-term guest (booked for less than four weeks).
