Super place to stay!

Loved it! Stayed here for the 4/19 Jimmy Buffett concert @ The Wharf and it was great! Not to mention the pool and fishing which my daughter loved!

Overall, it was a great stay quiet close to everything . Not a fan of people knocking on the doors in the mornings.

Good location at a great price

We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was the perfect location for us. Dollar General near by, along with some good eating places. Not far from our ballpark. The price was also much better than other places we looked at. The floors seemed a bit dirty under the chairs, a bit of sand was found on one of the beds, but overall the place was clean. All appliances worked well and check in/check out was easy. Would stay here again.

Comfortable

The place was nice and clean. I’m not sure if I missed it in the details; but it was a few miles from the beach and the kids weren’t happy at the thought of having to drive to the beach. Other than that-no complaints.

There is some lack of attention to detail. One of the recliners was broken, there were scratches on the wall behind the broken recliner, the leather was peeling off the other recliner…just needed a little TLC, but overall was a good stay

Excellent property, close to the action

This condo was a joy -- more than enough room for our party of six, and close enough to restaurants and attractions that getting around the area was super easy. And the beach was less than a 10 minute drive! Everyone had more than enough room to stretch out and relax after a day out, and the property was generally in good shape, and clean. We did call maintenance once to notify about a knob that came off the laundry room door. The person said it would be fixed during our stay but never was. Just a minor inconvenience, however. And having the washer/dryer right there was great at we could keep our beach/pool towels dry! We would definitely consider staying here again should we ever find our way back to Orange Beach.

Dirty!

The overall location was great. Upon arrival and checking out the property all the bedrooms had tons of hair on the sheets and one bedroom covers had dried up blood stains on them. We called every number we were given and no answer as well as no email response. Due to having kids and the fact that a cleaning fee is associated with the price and the home was not cleaned properly we left and stayed at a nearby hotel until we were able to get further assistance. The next morning I did receive an phone call asking what was the problem and what would like to be done (as if I was the problem) all I wanted was a clean home to stay in during vacation. They did get all the bedding changed but failed to put a new trash bag inside the trash can which resulted in us going out to buy some. Upon checking out we were checking to make sure we had everything and looked under one of the beds and there was an McDonald’s bag, piece of sausage and candy empty candy bag under the bed this goes to show that the people who are renting and charging a cleaning fee isn’t using the money to have the home cleaned properly I will never rent from Vrbo nor the owners again.

Great place, great location, close drive to beach. Nice pool and rental has plenty of space. Only thing is noticed at night that the remotes didn’t all work and some didn’t have batteries. And make sure bring all essentials. Because there is no complimentary anything.

Perfect rental

This vacation was exactly what I needed. This rental is very quiet, which I love. The beds and the furniture were extremely comfortable, which made a huge difference to me. The HVAC air conditioning unit went out during my stay and it was fixed in 90 minutes (very impressive). I was able to walk home from the concert at The Wharf, which was nice. Everything is a short drive away and the pool was very charming. I without a doubt would rent from here again. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making it so relaxing and stress free!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very cute and in a great location. It was close to the beach and The Wharf. The bed in the main bedroom was harder than the floor, we didn’t sleep well at all. The cleanliness of the house was not what I expected, wear shoes because after walking around the house for a bit your feet will be black. The house was furnished beautifully. There were some general upkeep things that need to be performed; broken trash can, broken knob to laundry closet, and many dings stuff in the wall by one of the recliners. The main bathroom vent fan was so caked with dust and debris you wouldn’t know what color it was suppose to be, I had to clean it. Overall though, it was a good place to stay.

Orange Beach Villas

The house was great! It was very clean and well equipped. The only issues we had were with the microwave. It only worked on fast heat (?) And the hall bath did not have stoppers in the drain. The A/C was awesome. Having a smart TV/ROKU was also great. We were able to login and watch a couple of movies. Being across from the pool was great as well!

Villa Review

Check in and was was super easy. They were quick to respond before our stay with questions I had. The villa itself could use a good deep cleaning, but all the basics were clean. I would stay there again.

Unsatisfactory

The stay was fine but due to a family matter back at home, we had to leave a day early. Instead of getting a refund(that they wouldn’t give) for that loss I asked for a credit to come back. But that was denied. I was told that they’ll give me a 15% off next visit. Wow. They want me to come back for 15% off, spend more money, after losing $180+ smh. If anyone is looking into this property please make sure everything is well at home. Because you know life happens & you can’t control it

I do sympathize with you on having to leave a day early but as specified in the rental agreement you signed clearly states that NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. Your review DO NOT HAVE ANY MERIT. Would you except a refund from a cruise or any other vacation, motel or hotel. We spoke to several times during your vacation and we just bragged about how great the condo was and having a great time by the pool. Due to your reviews, I will not host you again.
