In this beautifully landscaped Key-West inspired village, this 3-bedroom, 2 full bath condo is just under 4 miles away from the Cotton Bayou Public Beach in Orange Beach! Wonderful location with many amenities, including the village swimming pool, stocked fishing pond, gazebo, & clubhouse. The popular Wharf is just 1 mile away that includes great dining, movie theatre & amphitheater, a 5-story high Ferris wheel, upscale shopping, zip line, & much more!
Cleaned to perfection, with EPA approved products to kill - SARS - CoV-2. This Non-Smoking Property is part of the Orange Beach, Beach Villas- Twin Lakes complex located off Canal Road. You will have 2 parking spots right outside your front door w/ additional parking along the curb.
