Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house, self-check in and check out. Beautiful spacious back yard with multiple siting area. BBQ in back yard.

Other things to note
- During summer home has mobile AC units. Please turn off all A/C heater before leaving the house

- Home has wall heater at the living and dining room, and space heaters all inside bedrooms

- Laundry is available for a fee. Please understand as water is very expensive in LA

- Please keep the gate close. We DO NOT allow parking behind the wooden gate.

- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP

We have exterior cameras in the property for security and insurance purposes. .

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
