Mahalo Chad for your 5 star review!! We truly enjoyed having you as our guest during your visit with your Mom. Please come again!

Mahalo for your five star rating Becky!!! We truly appreciated having you as our guests!! Please come again! Laura

Mahalo Adrian for your 5 star review! All of us at the ranch work extremely hard to ensure that our guests' stay is beyond amazing! We hope that you enjoyed the award winning 100% Kona coffee, the macadamia nuts from the Big Island, the huckleberry jam and the S'mores kit for the fire pit! We wanted you to have a taste of Hawaii and the Montana wilderness. Please come again!!

Mahalo Judith for your 5 star review!! We are so happy that you had a wonderful time and you were able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this mountain home. You were amazing guests and we love it when our guests are so thoughtful and leave the home so immaculate. Please come again - you will always be welcome!! If you have any suggestions for improvement, I would love to receive your feedback asa we want all of our guests to have 5 star stays! Aloha, Laura

Thank you Mary for being such a wonderful guest!! I am so happy that you were able to experience the magic of this location and home! You are so right about not being able to capture the beauty of the surrounding woods and mountains with a photograph. It's hard to capture the crisp mountain air, the sound of the winds through the pine forests, the massiveness of the overhead sky and clarity of the atmosphere when star-gazing (we often times have the Northern Lights as well), and the peacefulness of this wilderness setting. We hope to have you back again!!

I loved having your family enjoy my wilderness retreat Michelle! Hopefully this family gathering will have created many wonderful memories for all of you! Mahalo for your highest review! Having guests like yourselves is always such a bonus as it is like having my friends come for a visit. Please do come back again!

Mahalo for this glowing feedback in our guestbook: Ratings do not always reflect the hard work that goes into having a 5 star accommodation, unfortunately. The owner sends out detailed information on the manager meeting the guests and showing them the way to the cabin since it can be very confusing initially. In addition, there is a wealth of information on activities in the area including places to eat and hike. It is advisable that each guest read the information to facilitate their stay. A fiberoptic cable has just been installed by the internet company and this has significantly improved the speed of the cable. The owner does business on the internet every day while preparing the cabin for her guests and finds it very user friendly as have the business guests who have done work/vacations there. So happy that you enjoyed your stay!!

We are so happy that you had a wonderful stay and were so comfortable in our cabin home Charlotte! Please come again! The mattresses were purchased new in 2007 and are supposed to be of the highest quality, 25-year mattresses. We find that most of our guests love them and we are so sorry if you didn’t find them to your liking. We are always looking for ways to make our guests even more comfortable. We did notice upon our own arrival that the box springs on one of the twin beds had been damaged and this is likely due to young boys who stayed here shortly before your arrival and likely jumped on these beds. This unit will be replaced. We loved having you as our guests and we do hope that you will join us again to experience the wonderment of Glacier Park and the surrounding Ten Lakes area.

Mahalo Joe for your highest rating!! I am so happy that you were able to experience the magic of the serenity and wildlife while you were staying at the cabin!! The TV is outdated on purpose! It is an entertainment center with over a hundred DVD movies and discs that cannot be played with the new flat screen units. This allows guests with children to put on a movie while the adults enjoy some private time or to watch if it is a rainy or snowy day outside. The DISH channels are up to date with weather and local news as well. WiFi accessibility allows our guests to keep in touch with their own favorite entertainment, the Wall Street Journal or New York Times if they are so inclined. The best part of being at the cabin is truly the remoteness and the accessibility to watch the nature in this wilderness setting. I, too, love the chipmunks, deer and birds. I am so happy to hear that you did as well! Thanks for being such amazing guests! Please come to visit again!!

Aloha Sorin, Thank you so much for your five star rating!! I truly hope that you do come back again as there is so much to see and do in the mountains of NW Montana! You have been outstanding guests and I truly look forward to hosting you again!! It is so much fun to share this wilderness paradise with others and her to make their stay even more meaningful!1 Look forward to future hosting with you and your friends! Mahalo, Laura

Our goal with this historic cabin home is to give the visitor a taste of true Montana hospitality while they are enjoying the scenic wonders of this mountain paradise. The peacefulness of this setting is like none-other with deer, rabbits and wild birds visiting daily. The cabin is set up for comfort and relaxation and is a wonderful place to get alway from all of the hustle /bustle of community living. We are so happy that our visitors feel like they are at home while they are visiting! We hope that they come again!!!

I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay Amanda and we truly look forward to your return!!

Mahalo Lynn for your wonderful review!! It truly is a piece of heaven and I am so happy that you found the beds so comfortable as well. Please come again for your retreat and respite. I truly enjoyed hosting you my sweet friend!!

We are so happy that you were able to experience the magic of this home.

Mahalo Eric for your five star review!! It is my goal to help my guests have a wonderful time with all of the comforts of home while visiting this wilderness retreat. Your review captured the peacefulness of being in the NW Montana mountains that is so dear to my heart. While most of my guests come to see Glacier National Park and all of the surrounding lakes and streams, many come for working vacations just because it is so quiet and they have access to great WIFI which allows them to be in contact when they want to be at work . It always makes me happy when families like yours are able to join together and experience the magic of the Big Sky. Thank you for being such wonderful guests!! You are welcome back any time!! Laura

Thanks so much for your feedback Gerry! We are so happy that this gathering with friends and family was so wonderful for you. We are looking forward to hosting you again!!!

Mahalo Lindsey for your highest rating!!! We loved having you all as our guests and we are truly looking forward to having you return!!Thank you for being so respectful of our home!! Laura

Mahalo James for this highest rating!! We loved having you all as our guests and we are truly looking forward to hosting you again!! We work really hard to give our guests the best experience possible, including the unsalted nuts to feed our little squirrels and chipmunks. This is truly a glimpse of living in the wilderness in comfort. I hoped that you enjoyed the fireworks over Dicky Lake! Laura

Mahalo Randall for being such amazing guests and having such a great attitude about the little bear cub that kept visiting during your stay!! Exciting for certain!! We do hope that you join us again when the Canadian border is easier to cross as we would love to have you as guests again! For future reference, the soft tops on the beds can be removed if you prefer a firmer bed, thus giving guests the choice of how they prefer to sleep. We are happy that you enjoyed having the house well-stocked. Since the cabin is so nicely isolated, I like to have snacks and condiments (including huckleberry jam) available for my guests as well as barbecuing briquettes and lighter fluid so they can grill out. The fire pit has wood available as well so that marshmallows can be toasted for s'mores. My goal is to provide my guests with an unforgettable NW Montana holiday and to have repeat guests(friends) come to stay over and over again. You guys are ones that I definitely wish to come back!! I totally enjoyed having you stay at my home!

It was so great to have Dan, you and the family at the cabin Jan! I am thrilled that you had such a wonderful family gathering and that you were able to get in some great golf and some wonderful dinners out while enjoying the fabulous weather. I am looking forward to hosting you again!!

Mahalo Jeff and Tanja for the outstanding 5 star review!! I am so glad that your stay was so special and that the boys enjoyed the yard and pond. I agree that the location is magical especially with all of the wildlife around the house. I am thrilled that you were able to take advantage of the hikes, rivers and lakes! There is no place like this, with the tranquility and peacefulness to just relax and regenerate. Please come again!!
