The Charlotte: cozy mountain cabin with huge views
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. "The Charlotte" is a beautiful A-frame cabin sitting on 45 acres at the top of Anderson Mountain. Imagine drinking your morning coffee sitting in a rocking chair and enjoying the breathtaking view of the Arcadia Valley. Or picture lighting an evening fire to enjoy the sounds of the woods with your favorite drink. This cabin will not disappoint and boasts full amenities to go along with your glamping adventure. Summers can get very dry. Please tend to your campfires and keep them under control. We ask that any off road vehicles stay on the roads. No off-roading. Please respect neighboring land. You are welcome to explore our property but mind the property lines. OnX maps is a good app to have to know where the next property line is. Lock gate when leaving. Have fun and enjoy the woods!
Brand new cozy cabin in optimal location in close proximity to many hiking areas. Great setup with outdoor deck, fire pit, beautiful views. Had everything we needed to be comfortable!
What a great cabin to come back to each afternoon after fun-filled days at Elephant Rocks, Johnson Shut-Ins, Shepherd Mountain and Taum Sauk - all within a 35 minute drive. Clean, comfortable, and unexpectedly spacious for our family of four and four-legged friends. But if you don't find it big enough, just step outside to some wonderfully big views on the deck or at the fire pit. We've stayed in quite a few rentals, and this one was definitely at the top of the list.
The Charlotte was the perfect place to stay! I can not say enough about how relaxing our trip was, being able to stay here. It was so peaceful and clean and had everything you would need! The cabin was beautifully decorated, and the added touches made it feel cozy. . The view is beautiful. Daniel responded quickly, and available if there were questions. We were close to Johnson shut-ins, elephant rocks and many other places to explore. Coming back and relaxing in the outdoor area was just what you need after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend Daniel and iron mountain cabins. We are already talking about coming back in the fall and staying at one of the cabins!
