We had a wonderful stay here! Views and sunsets were spectacular! The staff at the Ritz were so friendly and accommodating at the pool and beach. Property was very clean. Stores and restaurants were a short walk away. Easy uber ride to West Palm Beach area. Publix near by was helpful in stocking up for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo with amazing views! Clean, spacious, and beautiful! We didn’t lack for any amenities. Staff was so fabulous and friendly…from the security gate to the beach! Parking is included and secure. Great location, pool, and beach! Lobby has some good and healthy treats in the mornings, too. Top of the line experience!

The residence was lovely. Comfortable beds and lounge area, kitchen and laundry facilities were great and a nice feature to have . The view is spectacular. We found the location very convenient. The staff is super friendly. A wonderful home away from home . We plan to return for additional stays

We found the roach the very next day, and had a plumbing issue with the food disposal and dishwasher—the leak under the sink. The laundry machine & dryer were making a lot of noise. The main bathroom shower has mold around it. Overall, poor cleanness. We took photos of it and requested the host's consideration, but there has still been no response.

The leak under the sink has been repaired, and the washer and dryer were checked and confirmed to be working properly. We have also hired an excellent new cleaner to address the cleanliness concerns you raised, including those regarding the shower. The residence is located within The Ritz-Carlton, which has regularly scheduled pest control services. Unfortunately we could not offer you the full refund you requested. We regret that your experience fell short of expectations and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.

Such a nice property! Who doesn't like a Ritz?!?! The lower penthouse condo is beautiful and spacious. The view from every window is amazing...and there are a lot of windows. The kitchen is well stocked and along with the grills that are available to use, making meals is a breeze. My daughters loved the mattresses on both twin beds. They thought they were heaven to sleep on. Primary suite is very spacious and comfortable. It has a fabulous walk in closet! These were some of the best bedroom furnishings in a rental property that I have used. Plenty of drawer space for everyone.Would definately stay at this property again!

The property itself was wonderful! I wish we had been told ahead of time that one of the two pools was closed and heavy construction was taking place next to the grill on site. I also wish I had known that this would require a walk through a basement parking garage to get to the operating pool. These things detracted from the overall relaxation of our trip. We also reached out with questions before and dur duri Our trip that we’re not responded to.

Beautiful condo on Singer Island. Amazing views from the balcony. Love the additional amenities like daily coffee and poolside treat. Staff around the condo were super friendly and helpful. It's definitely a place we will return to.

The property was absolutely wonderful! The views from the porch provided spectacular sunsets and backdrop for meals outside. The staff and amenities were next level excellent and the property owner made the entire process convenient and easy. We will return next year for vacation.
