Ce condo est situé à l'Anchorage II et donne directement sur l'océan, la piscine et la cour. Offrant de belles vues depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon, la chambre principale et de larges vues panoramiques depuis le balcon du niveau principal et le balcon privé de la 3ème chambre. Avec un peu plus de 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie spacieux, ce condo est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une télévision à écran plat.

Condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!!!! It was equipped with everything you could think of in the kitchen and the view was great!!! It was a really nice and quiet area! I definitely plan on booking again!

Perfect getaway

The condo was just want we needed. It was a last minute due to another condo resort double booking our condo and they cancelled our reservations. That was a nightmare but I'm glad I went with this one. The upstairs room was perfect with the twin beds for the older teenagers. The only thing that I would recommended is change out the lamps in the 2nd bedroom. You have to touch them to turn them on but one of them is very sensitive that with any touch to the table or just even walking by it turns on & off.

Family vacation

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and it was perfect! The loft area was perfect! The pool area was nice and clean and the walk to the beach was a nice short walk!! Perfect location to all the activities in town and golf courses. The condo was clean and had all the amenities for our stay. Would recommend to friends and family for a get away!!

We had stayed at 315 for over 13 years, so when we were able to get the one beside it we were elated! Everything was so clean and the decor was appealing! We felt at home right away! We will definitely be coming back for years to come!! The only issue we had was with the dryer. Something inside the dryer made the clothes smell bad, but nothing serious. Loved staying here!

Back to Anchorage II C14 for the 2nd time in two years!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the second time that my husband and I rented condo C14 at Anchorage II for the month of March. We were impressed by the new living room couch and love seat but within a few days after our arrival, we realized that the cable for the TV in the living room was acting up just like in 2018. A service call was placed by the rental manager and we insisted on being there for the visit of the Spectrum tech to explain what was going on. Basically according to the Spectrum tech,the entire cable system of Anchorage II is too old and of the wrong gauge to support reliable HD signal for the TVs and should be replaced but not all condos seem to be plagued with the same chronic problems according to feedback that we obtained from other renters. A quick fix was found for condo C14 by installing a new cable that ran behind the couch. Another issue with the condo had to do with the lack of a functional telephone land line to allow us to make local phone calls. We had one in 2018 but the owners of the condo had not told the rental manager that the line no longer worked. Thus a tech was called to hook up a phone through the cable system. The master bedroom bathroom needs to have moldy caulking replaced but we did not report the problem to the rental manager as we had guests staying with us and did not want more workmen around during our holiday. The location of Anchorage II and the proximity to other golfer friends are the two main things that bring us back there (we had rented other Anchorage II condos in 2010, 2011 and 2012). Most of the condos have also been greatly renovated since 2102 and we hope that all the work needed to replace the siding of the building will be completed before our next stay in March 2020.

Third trip to Anchorage

For the second year in a row we were told the condo was ready to check in only to find it still being cleaned. Then we discovered after checking in that the AC wasn’t working and appears to have not been working before we got there. Then on day four the microwave quit working. The AC and microwave were taken care of but we shouldn’t have to deal with these issues while on vacation. Having furniture with duck tape on it and a completely broken screen door (was off the track and leaning against the wall) was also not a great sign on the property being maintained.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Reviewer Comments: My family consisted of 3 children and 4 adults during our stay at Anchorage II. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pictures you see online are a true representation of the clean and traditional beach themed rooms. The Anchorage II had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and air matresses. Every room has a view of the ocean! Don't be fooled by the small check-in office and dated elevators...the place was great and we would definitely return.
