When you first enters the house, you will be in the first living room. To your left two bedrooms with queen beds in them. Behind the first living room is the kitchen and a massive second living room. From second living room, you can get out to the backyard. It's a perfect indoor outdoor California living.

Other things to note
- We are not refilling propane gas tank at this time. Please bring empty tank to home depot for exchanging.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
- For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
