Mountain Cabin near Yosemite Free Parking WiFI

Enjoy this comfortable remodeled home away from home for a weekend getaway or stay longer. Lots to explore; 26 miles from Yosemite entrance. This property is part of the Pine Mountain Lake Association, but located outside of the gate. Close to store, restaurants, coffee shop, museum, and the local pub. We allow small pets subject to prior approval and pet fee. The area around the home is completely fenced in for smaller pets to run around.

This home is on more than 1 acre. At night you can hear the sounds of frogs and crickets chirping. In the day time, enjoy time out on the patio relaxing reading a book or BBQ’ing all while deer roam past and even a flock of turkeys can be spotted and heard as they make their way around the property.
Where ever you are coming from to get away – Pine Mountain Lake has it all! Play some golf, dine out, go hiking, go to the marina & lakeside café, swim center (seasonal) or the equestrian center. A nice finish to an evening is a dinner at The Grille overlooking an 18 hole championship golf course and take in the site of deer roaming the greens as you relax with a cocktail.
The home has a nice deck with patio furniture and a BBQ if you want to just hang out. The options are endless – it can be an active vacation, or just a time to reflect and relax from the craziness of life.

Guest can use entire house with exception of parking inside garage. Parking is outside in the driveway.
- Quiet hours 10pm-7am. No loud parties.

- You specified number of guests when you made a reservation. If that number changes it is your responsibility to update that number and pay additional fees if apply.

- If you choose to enter the gated part of the community (to use lake or seasonal pool), there is a $46/fee per vehicle per stay. (This is not required to get to the house)

- Pets allowed subject to prior approval and paying a pet fee. Brigning a pet without asking will result in a $100 fine per pet. If allowed, pets have to stay off all the furniture, bedding, towels and can not be left at home alone.
- No smoking inside or near open doors/windows. Please stay 10ft away or more.

- No parking in garage, plenty of parking in the drive way.

- You agree to wash or leave in a running dishwasher all the dishes and kitchen utensils that you used during your stay. If you forget or just decide not to wash dishes or pans/pots, you agree to pay $40 out of your security deposit.

- You agree to pack all your trash in bags provided and leave it in container outside.

- Check out time is 11AM sharp. Unless it was previously agreed upon for a later check out, there is a $30 fee for every half an hour of over staying past 11AM. We need time to get the home ready for the next arrival. Thank you for understanding.
