Perfect Thanksgiving Get Away

Stayed for a mini Thanksgiving vacation to celebrate with family. Perfect location on the water and short walk into town. To our surprise the kitchen was fully stocked with many large serving bowls and a hand-held mixer for the turnip and squash! (I only use a mixer once a year and can't believe there was one in a rental!) My fav part was the cozy gas fire place in the living room. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Walkable to everything in P-Town!

Our party had two couples in this home was perfect for us! It was right on the water with beautiful views at sunset. We had a very short walk to many restaurants and bars and nightlife. The home was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. We really loved the beautiful views from the rooftop deck.

Beautiful property and location.

Great house and proximity to all that Ptown has to offer. Loved having direct water access and the house was a charming place. The only negatives would be that the cleaners need to do a better job between visits (there was mold in the shower and floors were dirty) and linens could be upgraded and increased for this price point. Property manager/owner was easy to deal with and the house was as promised otherwise.

Perfect Spot

This is a wonderful property. Rick, the property manager, is extremely responsive and helpful. The property is in an ideal location, both close to town and to the water. The house itself is very comfortable with three bedrooms, each with an en suite. I love all the artwork that adorns the walls. We’ve given the property five stars, more weren’t available.

Perfect Space for Provincetown Getaway

There was plenty of room for 6 people. We loved that each bedroom had their own private bathroom. There is direct access to the beach and they supply some beach chairs. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main area of town which was great. There is only two parking spots (one on-site and second is off-site in a parking lot) but we were able to manage. Overall I would stay here again.

What a house!

Perfect location for 3 couples or a larger family - 3 bedrooms (amazing beds and bedding) all with en suite bathrooms, great kitchen and lounge area. Listing is exactly descriptive. House is immaculate! Excellent spot with awesome beach access and a small deck, so nice to retreat to this quiet West end neighborhood and have a short walk to all the downtown commercial street P-Town action! Really enjoyed clear communication from Rick and this house was just a perfect, Perfect family reunion spot. Thank you For sharing your stunning home

Wonderful place in PTown

What a great place. It was just the two of us, and the three bedrooms was overkill, but it was such a wonderful property. The location was amazing, just a short walk to everything on Commercial Street. Having the back deck that overlooked the ocean, with steps down to the beach was really wonderful. The inside of the house was nicely decorated and very modern. An A+ place to stay!

Nice accommodations

Very cute and comfortable house. 2 floors with 3 BRs that each has its own bath. There were 6 of us and it made for a really nice stay. And of course, the location is fantastic. The gas fireplace was also a nice touch especially since we had some cold rainy weather. The house was well equipped and the view from the crow’s nest rooftop deck are beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves there!

Amazing Stay

We have been coming to Provincetown for 6 years, and this is our most favorite place we have stayed at yet. The waterfront beach access is gorgeous, the house is so nice, 3 bathrooms is a rare find, and the host was super great to work with, was very responsive, and helped us out getting supplies/items above and beyond what is expected from a property rental. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Oceanfront deck adjacent to all the amenities you need

Thank you for a lovely stay at your home. The location is idyllic in the West End - quiet but an easy walk or bike ride to the bustling downtown area. The porch's direct access to the beach is perfect for our son, who spent each morning collecting shells and so much sea glass!!! The home itself is laid out nicely and each bedroom being en suite is ideal. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. We would love to return.

Great week in Provincetown

My partner and I, along with 2 other couples, had a lovely week in Provincetown at Bill's property right on the beach in the heart of the west end of Provincetown. We have all been coming to Ptown for years and this is now one of our new favorite places to stay. We all had bikes that allowed us to get around town, but most places are a very short walk down commercial street at most. The house was spacious and perfect for 3 couples to spread out when necessary, but also come together to socialize. The deck which was steps to the beach was perfect and we spent several days there using the grill and enjoying the water right at the bottom of the stairs. Bill was very responsive leading up to our trip and extremely helpful with everything we needed to make our stay exactly what we needed. We will definitely book again!

A wonderful stay

If you're lucky enough to stay here, you won't be disappointed! The property is immaculate, light and airy. The finishes and appointments five star. We are big cooks and you'll have everything you need in the kitchen. The host was very responsive yet completely unobtrusive. We wanted a quiet and quaint location and this was above and beyond our expectations. Our next trip is already booked!

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The house is well laid out for 2 or 3 couples. You can’t beat the view especially from the roof deck. Walking into town was super easy, sunset at Race point was beautiful and breakfast on the deck our final morning. Bill is a great host. We will definitely return.

beautiful, central ptown property

we had a wonderful week in provincetown, and this was a comfortable, central home base. if you book the property, be sure to have all guests carefully review the instruction materials, as the owners run a tight ship and are used to having repeat guests who are familiar with the listing.

Great location, fabulous view

We enjoyed our stay at Bill’s beach front property. The walk into town wasnt too far and we liked having our own beach front to relax on, making this a quiet ideal getaway. When we wanted more action we walked into town. The house was clean, bright, and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and having an ability to open the windows for breeze at night, was nice. It could be somewhat noisy in the morning with passerby’s but nothing that couldn’t be muffled with a noise machine. Although our larger SUVs didn’t fit in the parking space provided, the additional parking lot pass worked out well. There were a couple things we needed help with and Bill was very responsive. We will definitely seek to stay here again.

The perfect house with a great view!

We loved our stay here! It was the cutest property with the kindest owners who were available if we had any questions or concerns! Walking distance to a lot in the area too! We would definitely stay here again!

Great localization, really calm

We were 3 couples, amenities were ideal and the living space was really cosy and well designed. The only disappointment was the cleanliness (even more annoying during covid...). A tumble full of tea was abandoned on the counter, bread/cake crumbs were left on the tables, we had to clean the fridge and the kitchen as it was all sticky and dirty. At 9:45am the day we left as we were putting bags in the car, the cleaning lady was already hanging around at the door, waiting for us to leave... We found that behavior really rude, especially regarding the cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived.
