Great location. Great parking. It is time for the furniture to be steam cleaned but we did stay at the end of the season.

Jason Thanks again for choosing our home for your stay and believe it or not we have a cleaning scheduled for September 16th to clean all sofa's and chairs due to our summer rentals running 3 months in a row. Unfortunately in Provincetown we only have ONE local upholstery cleaner and he and his team are unable to perform cleanings on turnover Saturday's due to there lack of staff do their turnovers and do deep cleanings. Excellent location in P'town. Close to everything. Beach was perfect for small children to play. Enjoyed the deck, especially since we were allowed to use the large deck this week. Home is well appointed and had everything we needed.

The perfect house with a great view!

We loved our stay here! It was the cutest property with the kindest owners who were available if we had any questions or concerns! Walking distance to a lot in the area too! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We have been coming to Provincetown for 6 years, and this is our most favorite place we have stayed at yet. The waterfront beach access is gorgeous, the house is so nice, 3 bathrooms is a rare find, and the host was super great to work with, was very responsive, and helped us out getting supplies/items above and beyond what is expected from a property rental. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay! Had a little bit of a snafu at check in but the owner went above and beyond to make it right. The house is very clean, cutely decorated. Beds are a little firm. It was very nice to have a bathroom off of each bedroom. The location is unbeatable - you have a view of the water and an easy walk to nearby restaurants, shops. I’d recommend this spot to groups of friends, families with older kids. The house set up would be a little tricky for very young children but not impossible. Very nice rental!

Walkable to everything in P-Town!

Our party had two couples in this home was perfect for us! It was right on the water with beautiful views at sunset. We had a very short walk to many restaurants and bars and nightlife. The home was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. We really loved the beautiful views from the rooftop deck.

Wonderful place in PTown

What a great place. It was just the two of us, and the three bedrooms was overkill, but it was such a wonderful property. The location was amazing, just a short walk to everything on Commercial Street. Having the back deck that overlooked the ocean, with steps down to the beach was really wonderful. The inside of the house was nicely decorated and very modern. An A+ place to stay!

A Perfect Provincetown Stay

This property couldn’t have been better. It was clean, comfortable, super cozy, had great character and with a deck looking out to the water. The bedrooms were all great and en suite. We all slept so well. The property is on the west end so a little bit quieter, which we loved. It’s very close to my favorite market (Relish) and a very easy walk into the center of town. Rick was super communicative, very kind, and made everything easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Thanksgiving Get Away

Stayed for a mini Thanksgiving vacation to celebrate with family. Perfect location on the water and short walk into town. To our surprise the kitchen was fully stocked with many large serving bowls and a hand-held mixer for the turnip and squash! (I only use a mixer once a year and can't believe there was one in a rental!) My fav part was the cozy gas fire place in the living room. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice accommodations

Very cute and comfortable house. 2 floors with 3 BRs that each has its own bath. There were 6 of us and it made for a really nice stay. And of course, the location is fantastic. The gas fireplace was also a nice touch especially since we had some cold rainy weather. The house was well equipped and the view from the crow’s nest rooftop deck are beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves there!

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The house is well laid out for 2 or 3 couples. You can’t beat the view especially from the roof deck. Walking into town was super easy, sunset at Race point was beautiful and breakfast on the deck our final morning. Bill is a great host. We will definitely return.

Perfect Space for Provincetown Getaway

There was plenty of room for 6 people. We loved that each bedroom had their own private bathroom. There is direct access to the beach and they supply some beach chairs. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main area of town which was great. There is only two parking spots (one on-site and second is off-site in a parking lot) but we were able to manage. Overall I would stay here again.

Beautiful property and location.

Great house and proximity to all that Ptown has to offer. Loved having direct water access and the house was a charming place. The only negatives would be that the cleaners need to do a better job between visits (there was mold in the shower and floors were dirty) and linens could be upgraded and increased for this price point. Property manager/owner was easy to deal with and the house was as promised otherwise.

Perfect Spot

This is a wonderful property. Rick, the property manager, is extremely responsive and helpful. The property is in an ideal location, both close to town and to the water. The house itself is very comfortable with three bedrooms, each with an en suite. I love all the artwork that adorns the walls. We’ve given the property five stars, more weren’t available.

Beautiful Oceanfront deck adjacent to all the amenities you need

Thank you for a lovely stay at your home. The location is idyllic in the West End - quiet but an easy walk or bike ride to the bustling downtown area. The porch's direct access to the beach is perfect for our son, who spent each morning collecting shells and so much sea glass!!! The home itself is laid out nicely and each bedroom being en suite is ideal. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. We would love to return.

A wonderful stay

If you're lucky enough to stay here, you won't be disappointed! The property is immaculate, light and airy. The finishes and appointments five star. We are big cooks and you'll have everything you need in the kitchen. The host was very responsive yet completely unobtrusive. We wanted a quiet and quaint location and this was above and beyond our expectations. Our next trip is already booked!

What a house!

Perfect location for 3 couples or a larger family - 3 bedrooms (amazing beds and bedding) all with en suite bathrooms, great kitchen and lounge area. Listing is exactly descriptive. House is immaculate! Excellent spot with awesome beach access and a small deck, so nice to retreat to this quiet West end neighborhood and have a short walk to all the downtown commercial street P-Town action! Really enjoyed clear communication from Rick and this house was just a perfect, Perfect family reunion spot. Thank you For sharing your stunning home
