Stunning 2 bd 2 bth Ground Floor Condo Lake Conroe Near Clubhouse!

This stunning 2 bed and 2 bath ground floor condo has been remodeled and tastefully decorated.

Condo has 2 large bedrooms, each with a King size bed. There is an open floor plan and private screened patio from living area and Master Bedroom!

The kitchen is a nice size and features new quartz counters.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and good sized closet space.

Condo is located in a quiet area of April Sound. It is walking distance to clubhouse and huge pool area. There is an assigned parking space directly in front of the condo.

Pets:
Help keep my condo pet friendly! Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring your pet, please contact me for prior approval.
Pets must be on a leash at all times in complex/neighborhood. You MUST clean up after your pet. The Owners Association is very strict on this.

Noisy Pet Penalty:

Due to previous complaints from my neighbors, I ask that you do not leave your pets unattended for more than 3 hours.
Please note - complaints from neighbors due to not cleaning up after pets or pets barking, crying, whining, being destructive or generally causing a disturbance will result in forfeiting $250.00 of your security deposit. The money will be donated to Montgomery County Animal Shelter, located at 8535 Hwy 242 Conroe, Texas 77385 https://www.mcaspets.org/. I will of course let you know if I get a complaint and give you a ‘gentle warning’.

April Sound getaway

Beautiful condo, close to amenities. Pool was very clean. On site Country Club restaurant offers quite a variety of foods and beverages.

Super Cute Condo

The condo is conveniently located and in a very nice gated community. It was decorated really nice and very comfortable. There is a screened in porch that was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. The one thing that bothered me was it seemed like housekeeping did not do a good job making sure things were replenished for the next guest. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great get-away!

Our friends joined us for a relaxing week of playing games, going out to eat, and visiting. Having lunch by the lake, going to wonderful area restaurant, playing cards and relaxing was our agenda. The condo is perfect for 2 couples, with the king on-suites and commons areaa. The back screened patio was so inviting and peaceful for morning coffee. We would stay again!

Within Walking Distance of April Sound Country Club, Gym & Pool

Cozy two bedroom, two bath (master has en suite) first floor condo. [Several steps from two parking spaces to front landing]. Screened Florida Room. Feels like home with upgraded appliances, furnishings and amenities throughout. Easy walk to Country Club, gym & Pool. Host is super responsive and welcoming.

Quiet and beautiful condo

Anna was so good about replying promptly and was lovely to work with. The condo was perfectly located for visiting our family in various areas of Conroe and Willis. The pool area has just reopened and is gorgeous. Husband played golf, I enjoyed the pool, doesn't get much better than that! The screened in back porch was one of our favorite things about the condo, if you know Texas, you know the value of a screened porch! We'll definitely rebook next time we're in town.

Great place and great hostess

I spent a long week-end with my twins, one of which has stage 4 Cancer. Anna, the hostess, was available & quick to reply to texts and emails. The pools and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed the screened-in back porch as a great place to just sit and talk. The comfy living room furniture made for a wonderful place to sit and watch a movie or just visit. We watched/dried our clothes at the end of our stay and returned home with no laundry to wash. The gated community offered a feeling of security. Thank you, Anna!

Condo Great/ Entry to Property Too Difficult

Getting thru the security process should be evaluated by owners of property in April Sound! Right now, you are vetted every single time you go thru the gate; not a timely fashion. Guards are rude! I waited in a line w/5 cars ahead of me. When I got to the front, guard asked that I go around & get back in line as he couldn’t find the list my name was on….this happened twice in one day!!! Every time we left the property it would take a minimum of 20 minutes to get back through the gate. This us definitely a detriment in every going back! Sad for the oweners as I rented 5 condos for family reunion and all the condos were wonderful, once we got to them!!
