Notre 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain Décor rustique maison est un endroit idéal pour votre Red River Mountain Stay! Nous sommes situés dans la ville de sorte que vous pouvez marcher à l'ensemble de nos grandes attractions, restaurants, boutiques et profiter de nos points de vue incroyables!

Notre maison est pleine d'équipements haut de gamme pour un prix très raisonnable! Profitez de notre foyer au bois avec un accès Wi-Fi gratuit et de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon ainsi que dans les deux chambres décorées avec goût! Restez ici un moment et vous serez accro!

Le niveau principal est composé de la salle familiale et cuisine, ainsi que d'une salle de bains 3/4. Pour plus de couchages, retirer le canapé dans le salon pour faire un lit de taille! A l'étage vous trouverez la chambre principale King, équipée d'une télévision à écran plat et terrasse privée; et de la Chambre qui est équipée d'un grand lit et d'une télévision à écran plat! Ces deux chambres ont accès à la salle de bain complète dans le hall.

Clean and cozy

This Condo is clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook dinner. The condo is close to the main road which was a plus!

Weekend at Red River

We enjoyed our stay at the Grandview I condo. Very nicely furnished, well taken care of, was walking distance to downtown. Would stay there again.

Great getaway

The location is great, and easy, friendly staff to check you in. Property is a little smaller than anticipated and there is no space to store any of your kitchen items as most cabinets and closets are locked. Makes for a cramped downstairs.

Cozy Home, Convenient Location!

My family and I chose this home to stay for our summer vacation. We bring our SxS to trail ride; we haven’t been to RR since they allowed ORV to be on streets from 8am-8pm, with a permit. This location was super convenient, allowing enough room to park our trailer. We were able to keep the truck and trailer parked for the duration of our stay, using the SxS to visit shops/restaurants. We loved the small patio this property had -lighting the chiminea, rocking on the swing, watching the horses take groups on their tours, petting all the dogs that walked by, and the boys even had a close encounter with a pregnant doe! The home was cozy, and had all our family of four needed! We came for the cool, mountain air but found ourselves with higher than average temperatures. This unit doesn’t have an air conditioner, which typically doesn’t matter, until it got into the mid 80s during the day. The upstairs room with the bunk beds did have a window unit, but that was the only room that was really “cool” in the evenings, even with opening doors/windows. In all our years coming to Red River, this location was the most convenient spot for our family. We will certainly book this home again!

Great stay

This was our first trip to RR and it won’t be out last. I’ll start by saying I’m one of those people that “5 star” ratings don’t happen often just because perfection doesn’t happen often in life. That being said, I would stay here again. The pics are accurate, the property served its purpose. It’s not the “prime” location but it is close to everything and nice. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, grill on the back porch…. The only thing I noticed is, as a whole the place was clean, however, I dropped something and when I bent down to pick it up they clearly don’t move the chair in the living room when they clean. Also when leaving I looked under the bed to make sure we weren’t leaving anything and there were tweezers that weren’t ours under the bed. To me those aren’t major things, but just kinda yuck. There were 3 of us staying there and while the property could technically sleep 8 I don’t think it would be enjoyable. It would be crowded with 8 people. Doable, but probably not the best place for 8 people in my opinion. If there are 4-5 people or less it’s a great place to stay.

Beds were great, LOTS of dishes/cups/pots/pans, and the full size washer and dryer made it perfect!

Family ski trip

The unit was a little snug for 8, but very well cared for and clean. We put the full kitchen to good use! We brought some things that we were sure they wouldn’t have, like a crock pot and cheese grater, but they included everything we needed and more. My 6-year old Granddaughter is going decorate her home exactly like it when she grows up! Highly recommended.

We came to red river for a family/friend ski trip and this place was amazing for our family of 9. Plenty of space, we’ll stocked and close to everything in town! We will definitely be coming back to this town home!

Everything we expected and more

First trip to Red River, and loved the town and the Rustic Retreat. It really was like a home away from home with the amenities. We will definitely look at this place again for our next trip here.

Beautiful Rustic Retreat

Rented this cute 2 bedroom condo for a long weekend with friends and it was just perfect! Very nicely updated and had everything we needed. Nice fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer and fully functioning kitchen with nice appliances. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

What an adorable condo! It was warm and inviting, and very comfortable, like a home away from home. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into the place. It was nice to be within walking distance to everything, too! We love Red River, and have found THE place to stay when we come back!!

WOW! Much more than we expected for a great rate!

We are so glad we discovered the Rustic Retreat! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable with great personal touches that made us feel like we were part of their family. Red River is the perfect place for a wonderful family vacation. The town has so much for kids and the area is great for outdoor activities. The property managers were so friendly and accommodating... they even have a free DVD rental kiosk at their office. We look forward to a return trip and will stay here again.
