Beachfront Home for 7 in North Shore

Discover paradise in this beachfront haven. With private access to the famous Sunset beach, this idyllic location is located directly in front of the popular surf spot, Rocky Point. Lounge comfortably on the spacious private balcony and listen to the lapping waves while watching wales, dolphins, turtles, surfers, rainbows and incredible sunsets.

This unit is on the second floor of a home, with private entrance and no connecting doors to the bottom floor.

There are 3 Bedrooms, 4 beds in total: 3 Queen beds, 1 twin size bed and 3 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeping 7.
***One of the queen beds is placed on the far end of the living room and not it’s own bedroom (please check the photos)! Mahalo.***

The house itself is located on the beach, to access you would just need to walk out your front door down the steps.

You have full access to the entire second floor and the attached balcony. The bottom level is occupied by the owner who is there to help with recommendations on the best snorkeling and restaurant spots, if needed.

The third floor (rooftop) is not accessible for guests. The Spiral staircase is not accessible for guests. The owner stores star mapping equipment up there, if you would like to access or borrow his equipment please ask for permission.

Parking: Parking is available to guests on a first serve basis, as we have other units on the property. If there is no available parking in front of the home there is ample street parking just 200m away that is FREE.
*Cars with long truck beds or extra large are not allowed to park in front of the home as this takes up more than 1 parking spot and blocks the street*
