My family, parents, and in-laws had a blast in town and were able to relax like we were back home! The hot tub was a big hit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice peaceful and spacious place.Jets in the jacuzzi tub need a deep clean.Hot tub lights didn’t work.But all around a great place loved the porch swing and lower deck! Huge yard. Very steep incline to get to cabin- so many ways out- likely need four wheel drive. Guest services were very communicative and nice and easy to work with!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host was very nice and responsive. The cabin was great just as expected. There’s so much to do in the area so we didn’t really spend a lot of time in the cabin but it did the job and everything worked as expected. The location was great in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There was an incline to get to the cabin but it wasn’t too bad and my car (not a 4x4) didn’t have any issues getting there. We did go in July though so the roads were dry. The beds were comfortable and lots of linen for the beds and towels. There was also some laundry detergent and soap (not sure if they were left by the host or previous renters but they were nice to have). Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation

The property is a nice size and well furnished in a secluded beautiful location. The hot tub is a nice amenity to the property however there were small bits of something floating in it and the jets did not work. When I contacted the management company they treated me like I was stupid and told me to turn the jets to get them to work. Fast forward they sent out a hot tub repairman and it turns out there was a toy stuck in the filter from a previous guest (we don’t have children so there’s no way it was ours). The water sulfur rotten egg smell for the first two days was so bad that we had to open windows to shower or run the water to brush teeth etc. After the hot tub repairman drained the hot tub and refilled it the smell was gone. I guess the lines needed to be flushed. I would not recommend or stay with this company again based on the water smell alone. They also require a contract signing process and deposit outside of the VRBO agreement. It’s just not worth the hassle in an area where there are so many choices.
