Just minutes away, you`ll find a local marina where you can rent boats, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, and other watercraft. If you’re bringing your own, there’s a nearby public boat ramp for launching, and you’re welcome to tie off at our private dock. Rental Agreement & Damage Deposit
To help ensure a smooth and secure experience for both guests and hosts, we kindly require all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit is due prior to arrival to cover any potential incidentals or damages. The full amount is returned after checkout, provided everything is in order.

Cell Service & Connectivity
Please note that The Forge Lake Lodge is nestled in the mountains where cell service is limited or unavailable. However, the home is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and a landline telephone to keep you connected as needed during your stay.

Stock Up Before You Arrive
The nearest grocery store is about 25 minutes down the mountain, and the closest department store is around 40 minutes away. To make your stay more comfortable, we suggest picking up groceries and any essentials on your way to the lodge.

Mountain Road Access
The final 1.5 miles leading up to the lodge is a gravel mountain road. While it’s a beautiful and scenic drive, we recommend arriving in a vehicle that’s well-suited for mountain or gravel terrain, especially during inclement weather.

Cancelations & Refunds
We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their reservation more than 30 days prior to check-in for a full refund, minus a non-refundable 4% processing fee to cover credit card and administrative costs. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

• Be careful around railings, please DO NOT try to jump or climb down!

• No indoor open flames (candles, fires, etc.) other than in the designated fireplaces
• No loose decorations (i.e., glitter, confetti, flower pedals, etc.)
• No wall mounted accessories or decorations
• No glass near spa
• No floating decorations in the spa
• No firearms or fireworks
• No pets
• Please be sure to close the gate and lock doors when no one is on the property
