Condo historique situé dans le quartier des Arts / Entrepôt de la Nouvelle-Orléans avec balcon panoramique.



Bâtiment historique datant des années 1830 récemment rénové avec granit, bois franc et appareils électroménagers haut de gamme. Situé dans la rangée historique abrite "les 13 sœurs" sur la rue Julia. Ceci est un lit 2 2 salles de bains appartement avec un balcon enveloppant. Arts District emplacement, à proximité de Quartier français, Mercedes Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Arena, Centre de congrès, restaurants, musées, shopping, et plus encore. Enrouler autour de balcon, hauts plafonds, plan d'étage ouvert.


Cette propri��té englobe tout ce qui se trouve à la Nouvelle-Orléans. Caractéristiques haut de gamme, spacieuses et id��ales pour les réceptions, briques apparentes, planchers de bois franc, balcon panoramique, décorées par des professionnels et pleines de caractère. Les magasins et les divertissements nocturnes sont tous accessibles à pied. Ce qui rend cet endroit génial, c'est le manque de bruit de la rue tout en étant au centre de tout. Les magasins spécialisés dans les rues, le musée de la Seconde Guerre mondiale et le quartier français sont à quelques pas. Les quartiers chics et le Garden District ne sont qu’à un court trajet en voiture de la rue (l’arrêt de la rue est juste à côté de notre bâtiment). Cet endroit est idéal pour les touristes en visite. Nous sommes sur la route du défilé du mardi gras.

And for you to be here the weekend of the Krewe of Boo! Halloween parade and a Staint's "DOME" game, pretty much sums up what having a good time in New Orleans is all about! Not to mention all the wonderful restaurants within walking distance, that are not in the French Quarter, but more where we, as locals, eat, a few blocks towards the River, along Julia / Camp / Magazine streets. Great location, nice property

We came to town for a convention. It was only a ten minute walk to the Center. There is a bar, The Little Easy, downstairs which was great to stop in and have a cocktail. The unit is a great size, was stocked with everything we needed.Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

Walkable to WWII Museum, Morial Convention Center, Superdome and Smoothie King Center Arena, only an 8 block walk to get to the French Quarter. A bit quieter that in the heart of the French Quarter, as the delivery vehicles and trash trucks are in there about 4 AM with those back up bells and dings to wake you up, or keep you awake if just getting in from a long night. We love The Little Easy, it is truly a neighborhood bar & grill for quick bites or cocktails and not having to walk to get back upstairs to the condo, should you have a few too many.... I quiet little friendly neighborhood with great places to eat, drink and meet the locals that live here. Many attractions are still within a short walk or catch the green streetcars that roll along St. Charles Ave to the Garden District. This is a special condo with it's wraparound balcony for views along Julia and St. Charles, either side you sit on. If you are looking for additional entertainment and attractions, this condo is in the Arts District so walking through many of the Art Galleries are a few doors away on Julia Street. A quick walk to either the Superdome to catch a sporting event for our beloved Saints or Pelicans even a concert is only 8 blocks. WWII Museum is 3 blocks away. This hidden gem of a condo is away from all the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter's all night noise. This location made the trip. My wife said where we stayed was her favorite part of Nola. Visited New Orleans 6 times and this why far was the best stay. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a different side of the big easy, but still very close to the action if you want to be a part of it.

Thank you so much Steven and family for this 5* Review. It is quite the hidden gem in the Arts & Warehouse District. Walking to so many of the attractions in the downtown New Orleans area is not far at all. Even better that the iconic St. Charles Green Streetcar is at this corner for a nice ride throughout the Garden District, or back up to Canal, to ride the Red Streetcar out to City Park and take in all of those sights. I love that you say " still very close to the action if you want to be a part of it" because sometimes staying in the French Quarter can be very noisy with the trash or delivery trucks at 4 AM, just when you get to sleep after some of the chaos that can go on in the FQ. Good to be away and get some relaxation, chill on that wrap around balcony with some adult beverages and people watch, now that's a night, in itself. We would love to have you back. This condo completely exceeded our expectations. The space allowed us to host a small holiday gathering with extended family, which was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed - we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Luxorius and conveniently located near everything you could want to do.

This is the PERFECT NOLA vacation rental! Coffee on the balcony, street cars out the front door, the French Quarter and Musuems right out your door! 4 adults shared this wonderful home and there was plenty of room! It was secure, clean and very well decorated. Everything was done to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! THIS will be our home away from home whenever we are in New Orleans!!

Excellent New Orleans location!

My first thought when booking a VRBO is, "what are the pictures not showing me?" With this property, what you see is what you get, and then some. Beautiful rooms, well appointed kitchen, everything you could need right at hand, it was perfect. Barbara was very attentive during booking and check-in, and let me know of an event happening down the street during our stay that we might want to check out. The location is convenient to parking, a trolley stop, and a great bar downstairs for drinks and food before calling it quits for the night. You won't regret this stay!

Thank you Carole for the 5 Star Review of "Juliette", one of the original "Thirteen Sisters of Julia Row" at the edge of the Central Business District District and Arts & Warehouse District of downtown New Orleans. It is a great location to be near so many attractions and restaurants, in walking distance. Having The Little Easy downstairs is one of those neighborhood bar & grills, that you don't have to worry about making it home safely after a few drinks, when you are staying upstairs from one of our hole in the wall places that capture so much of New Orleans charm. So glad Barbara was able to answer any questions you had and hope she offered you some suggestions, tips and tricks on how to be a local while here. We will have to admit, that your comments of "what are the pictures not showing me" took us by surprise a little. I guess there are places that may not be honest on the conditions of the places to rent, and that is sad some have to be that way. Best location ever

This is a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located. Right off the St. Charles streetcar line. Get an easy pass from the RTA website and ride as much as you want- you can go to the Garden district or to Bourbon street and the stop is right outside. Great decor and furniture. Lovely balcony that we used daily. We would stay here again!

Great location just enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon St. but close enough to enjoy

Our experience here was perfect! Great communication and all went smooth and as advertised. Balcony is great far enough enough away from the noise of Bourbon St. though close enough to enjoy it. We walked down to that area most of time 4 days we actually only Ubered one time. Comfy beds and great common area to socialize with our friends. It accommodated my fiancé and the couple we traveled with perfectly.

Thank you Arthur and friends for the 5 Star Review of The Julia. this hidden gem of a 1830's historic townhouse renovated to be a single story, two bedroom 2 bath condo with a wrap around balcony keeps so much of the old New Orleans charm of exposed brick, original ( but non-working ) fireplace and mantle in the living room and picturesque views out of the floor to ceiling windows that open out to the balcony, for a wonderful space for morning coffee, or evening beverages and just a great place to people watch and wave to all of those on the St. Charles Ave. iconic green Streetcars. Yes, it is 8 blocks away from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, but that is a quick walk there or one block over to Carondelet will get you to the green streetcars that take you up to Canal. Walking is the best way to get around in New Orleans yet Uber, Lyft taxi's and even pedi-cabs are readily available. We are glad you has comfortable beds to relax in after adventurous days out exploring and eating your way through all New Orleans has to offer! We offer discounts to returning guests. Fantastic location

The condo is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Much better than a hotel. Excellent location. Far enough away from Bourbon St but close enough to many restaurants and art galleries. Especially great if you are attending a convention at the convention center. Less than a ten minute walk. Both myself and my coworker commented that if we were to visit NOLA again we would choose to stay there.

What a fabulous condo! Within walking distance to almost everything our group wanted to do. Emeril's, Herbsaint and Tommy's close by. And when you just want to relax, enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the streetcars rumble down St Charles. We will definitely be back! I'm anxious to try the new eatery, Pesce!

I highly recommend staying at this property. It was beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was great--quiet, but within short walking distance or 2-minute cab ride of the French Quarter & Bourbon St. The condo had everything we possibly needed or wanted. Amber and Bridget were professional and fantastic to work with and quick to provide recommendations on restaurants and answer whatever questions we had. Overall, it was a first class experience and only hope to stay here again soon.

Julia St spring break

This property was amazing as was the host. Communication was excellent. All pros! Barbara and Candace are the best. They even let us complete a pick up grocery order and had our fridge and pantry stocked and ready to roll. The location is right across from the St Charles trolley stop and there is bountiful parking in every direction only steps away. We will stay here every single time. Thank you all so much.
