Maison de Mamie - Escapade sympa avec cabane à poker ! À pied du parc de disc golf Walker !

Hi Dan. Thank you for your review. I'm not quite sure what the "door issues" were. I gave you the correct code. You told me it didn't work and then said "never mind, it does work lol", after you had already contacted VRBO support. I didn't think you needed any response from me since you said you were successfully inside with the provided code. Hopefully you enjoyed your stay. Thanks again.

Thanks for the feedback. We wish you’d brought these things up during your stay—we could’ve addressed them right away. The back door is cosmetic and secure, the coffee pot could’ve been cleaned, and we have photos showing the backyard was freshly mowed. The snacks are just a complimentary gesture, not something we’re required to provide. It’s disappointing to see them enjoyed, only to be followed by a negative review.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the space comfortable and appreciated the extra room compared to hotel accommodations. We’re also happy our team could promptly address the issues you experienced during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the oversights in cleanliness and any lingering odors you encountered. These matters are not up to our usual standards, and we’ll ensure our cleaning team addresses them thoroughly moving forward. Regarding the Keurig, we do provide some complimentary K-cups for guest use, but we encourage guests to bring their own beverages and food, as our property is not an all-inclusive resort. Any snacks or coffee left for guests are not a requirement but simply a thoughtful gesture to make your stay more enjoyable. We’ll also review the setup to ensure it’s more convenient for future guests. Thank you again for your insights; they help us improve and refine the guest experience.
