Welcome to your Charleston home away from home. This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 1-bath historic condo offers bright natural light, thoughtful design, and two private balconies perfect for enjoying Charleston mornings or relaxing evenings.
Located on a quiet street just off Upper King Street, the home is within easy walking distance of Hampton Park, local cafĂ©s, acclaimed restaurants, and downtown Charlestonâs vibrant dining scene.
The sun-filled living space features comfortable seating, hardwood floors, and a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, a large island, Nespresso machine, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds, quality linens, and generous storage. The condo also includes high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer and dryer, and off-street parking for added convenience.

Charleston has been my heart home for nearly two decades. I first moved here after graduating college in 2005 and instantly fell in love with the city â the warmth of the people, the vibrant food scene, the ocean nearby, and the strong sense of community that makes Charleston feel so special.
This home was my very first home purchase, and it still holds a special place in my heart. Over the years Iâve spent a lot of time thoughtfully caring for and updating the space so it feels welcoming, comfortable, and full of light. I love the historic details like the original refurbished windows, the beautiful natural light that fills the rooms, and the way the second-story porches let you enjoy the life of the neighborhood while still feeling peaceful and private.
Unlike many properties managed by large rental companies, this home is personally hosted by me. Iâve tried to create a space that feels warm and thoughtfully designed â not a generic rental, but also not overly personal â a place where guests can truly relax and feel at home while experiencing Charleston like a local.
It always brings me joy to return here, and I hope it brings the same feeling to everyone who stays.

This neighborhood is one of my favorite parts of downtown Charleston because it offers the perfect balance of local charm and walkable city living. Hampton Park, one of Charlestonâs most beautiful green spaces and my favorite places, is just a short stroll away and is wonderful for morning walks, picnics, or simply relaxing under the oak trees.
Upper King Street is also nearby, offering some of Charlestonâs best restaurants, cafĂ©s, and boutiques. The area feels local and relaxed while still being close to everything that makes Charleston special.
