The Inn at 257 is located in the beautiful Elliotborough neighborhood. You will be FOUR short blocks from King Street. We recommend you leave your car parked in our lot and enjoy the city on foot, bicycle, or the ever convenient Uber and Lyft.

If you've never used a wet room before, you're in for a treat! The sleek and modern bathroom has teak mats so you can comfortably use the open space at all times.

Great spot!

The room was very clean and the host was super responsive. My daughter and I had so much fun exploring the neighborhood and downtown was just a very short uber ride away.

We had a great stay! Super cute and clean room. Rather small and the bathroom is an interesting concept. It has a perfect downtown location, often walkable! The host was easy to contact and answer any questions!

We chose this location because of Three Girls on spring & then found Herliyali. King St was close & we were in the warm pool multiple times. We were greeted when we arrived which was helpful to park & make sure we got the correct red door

Room was a decent size. Plenty of storage. All the furniture had a drawer or shelf. Closet good size. Had coffee, creamers, sugars, stirrers and a bottle of wine. Mugs, glasses. Wi-Fi worked great. We walked everywhere from the house. Parking on property. Worked out great!

Amazing stay!

My fiance and I absolutely loved staying here. It is a 20-30 minute walk to downtown, very clean and cozy space, perfect for the two of us. The heated pool was an amazing bonus! The host is extremely responsive and was kind enough to let us check in early (which the process was super easy) and even check out late with bag storage since we have a late flight back home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and absolutely love Charleston! :)

Very pleasant stay

The amenities were fantastic especially being a smaller room. We wanted for nothing and the neighborhood was alive with people and felt very safe walking at night to local Restaurants. A return to this place is in our stars!

Great stay

The location makes it walkable to downtown Charleston and close by restaurants but far enough out of the crowded areas and traffic. Our host Courtney was there to greet us and available for whatever came up during our stay. She has done a lot to make a small space comfy and attractive with lots of attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Beautiful room in a perfect location

The room was perfect for a two-day trip! Extremely clean with all of the essentials and some personal touches (and wonderful AC). A small pool was recently installed which was a big perk and felt amazing after a long day of walking. The location couldn’t be better - it’s a 20-30 minute walk down to King Street with lots of restaurants and shops along the way to stop and browse. We loved our stay here!

Wedding visit

Fairly well located for Hampton Park wedding and King St. activities. I felt the room was small and may not have been the location I saw on the Vrbo listing when making the reservation. Overall through it worked for us. When doing this again, I would have sorted the room size.

Charming Cottage

My husband and I ended our cycling vacation in Charleston and stayed in this charming cottage for 3 nights. Courtney has thought of all the touches for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The proximity to restaurants and shopping is ideal. Highly recommend!

The suite was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk and close to Historic Downtown Charleston. Off-street parking was super convenient. Everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay was provided. Would highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying this property not only looks amazing, but is amazing. From the offstreet parking to everything you need for short stay this property has it, but the best part is the owner quick to respond, to any questions you will have. Wonderful Experience

Our visit was a wonderful experience! The suite was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was AWESOME! We were able to walk around the city to explore without having to drive to find public parking. The owner was great to work with and communicated efficiently. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Charleston.
